La majorit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s belges ne s\u2019attend pas \u00e0 une prime ou un bonus, encore moins \u00e0 une augmentation.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Telles sont les grandes tendances de la derni\u00e8re vague trimestrielle du Randstad Workmonitor<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019optimisme est de mise au niveau international puisque 58% des employ\u00e9s s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration de la situation \u00e9conomique dans leur pays.  Cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de pr\u00e8s de 10% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier. Les plus optimistes travaillent au Br\u00e9sil ou en Inde (93%). Par contre, la Belgique fait partie du peloton de queue avec la France, le Luxembourg et le Japon. Ainsi, seul 1 travailleur belge sur 3 pense que l\u2019\u00e9conomie va reprendre chez nous.<\/p>\n<p>Cette perception influence logiquement les perspectives de recevoir un bonus ou une prime annuelle. A ce sujet, avec 39%, la Belgique se situe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en-dessous de la moyenne globale (50%).  Les Su\u00e9dois (27%), les Danois (22%) et les Grecs (21%\u00b0 sont les plus pessimistes en la mati\u00e8re.  C\u2019est au Mexique, en Chine et en Inde qu\u2019on trouve les plus confiants. En ce qui concerne les salaires, les Belges ne se font pas d\u2019illusion. Moins d\u20191\/3 s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une augmentation.<\/p>\n<h2>Automatisation du travail : le Belge serein<\/h2>\n<p>Concernant l\u2019automatisation \u00e9ventuelle de son travail, le Belge se montre par conte plus confiant. A peine 1 travailleur belge sur 5 craint que sa fonction soit automatis\u00e9e dans la prochaine d\u00e9cennie. Une tendance qui contraste avec les 70% en Inde et 68% en Chine.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que les travailleurs abandonnent tout doucement l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un emploi \u00e0 vie, le d\u00e9veloppement permanent des talents devient de plus en plis important afin de s\u2019assurer une employabilit\u00e9 suffisante pour rester attractif sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Cela se traduit dans l\u2019approche des patrons car un peu plus de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s sond\u00e9s d\u00e9clare que leur employeur investit plus de temps et de ressources dans le d\u00e9veloppement de talents qu\u2019il y a dix ans.
