Juste trois souhaits alors\u2026 D\u2019accord ?<\/p>\n<p>Souhait n\u00b01 : <strong><em>agir de mani\u00e8re organique en vue d\u2019avoir un impact concret dans la vie des gens<\/em><\/strong>, au lieu d\u2019imaginer des syst\u00e8mes et grands projets qui s\u2019auto-justifient. La th\u00e9orie et la pratique RH n\u2019ont de sens aujourd\u2019hui que lorsqu\u2019elles se mettent au service de la qualit\u00e9 de vie, dans la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e comme dans la sph\u00e8re professionnelle, des personnes qui assurent au quotidien le bon fonctionnement de nos organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Souhait n\u00b02 : <strong><em>r\u00e9duire les \u00e9carts et combler les foss\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong> qui se creusent inexorablement entre les diff\u00e9rentes couches sociales. Il y a urgence \u00e0 intervenir pour les minorit\u00e9s d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es, \u00e9liminer les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, promouvoir l\u2019entraide et cultiver, comme toujours, le besoin et le plaisir d\u2019\u00eatre ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Souhait n\u00b03 : <strong><em>aider chaque individu \u00e0 grandir.<\/em><\/strong> Le c\u0153ur du m\u00e9tier reste le d\u00e9veloppement personnel. L\u2019arsenal complet des activit\u00e9s RH devrait \u00eatre d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 cette mission unique qui consiste \u00e0 donner \u00e0 chacun la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre en se confrontant \u00e0 d\u2019autres ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des d\u00e9fis plus ou moins ambitieux en fonction de nos envies.<\/p>\n<p>Le pari ?
