Les diff\u00e9rences entre les r\u00e9gions sont sensibles: la Wallonie et Bruxelles sont plus optimistes que la Flandre.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi dans les PME, le verre est-il \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 plein ou \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 vide ? Le pessimisme des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es semble bel et bien r\u00e9volu, mais la perc\u00e9e annonc\u00e9e lors du dernier trimestre ne s&rsquo;est pas enti\u00e8rement concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e. Dans le cadre de la 18e enqu\u00eate de SD Worx sur les intentions d&#8217;embauche des PME, un quart des PME (25,8%) envisage de recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs dans le trimestre suivant, soit environ 2% de moins qu&rsquo;au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient de tenir compte du fait que l&rsquo;intention de recruter n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessairement synonyme d&rsquo;une hausse de l&#8217;emploi, car il peut aussi arriver que l&#8217;employeur chercher \u00e0 remplacer un travailler qui quitte l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2>Dans les faits ?<\/h2>\n<p>A la question de savoir si l&#8217;emploi aura effectivement augment\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de 2015, les PME interrog\u00e9es se d\u00e9clarent plus positives, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;on observe ici aussi un l\u00e9ger recul par rapport au dernier trimestre. 23,6% des PME pr\u00e9voient de disposer au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2015 d&rsquo;un effectif sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, tandis qu&rsquo;elles sont 13,3% \u00e0 craindre une diminution du nombre de leurs collaborateurs. Le solde positif se monte \u00e0 10,3%, soit une progression par rapport aux trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception du dernier trimestre de 2014. Il y a trois mois, le solde positif se montait \u00e0 19,1%. Les trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents n&rsquo;ont en effet pas \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par un grand optimisme. En juin 2013, on notait m\u00eame davantage de PME pessimistes pour l&#8217;emploi que d&rsquo;optimistes.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;on fait le solde entre les optimistes et les pessimistes au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, on remarque toutefois que la tendance n\u00e9gative s&rsquo;est invers\u00e9e. En d\u00e9cembre 2011, le solde positif \u00e9tait de 9,4% ; douze mois plus tard, il atteignait \u00e0 peine 0,1% et, l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, les optimistes d\u00e9passaient les pessimistes de 2,1%. Avec l&rsquo;actuel solde positif de de 10,3% la tendance est donc clairement positive, m\u00eame si nous restons loin des 22,2% de d\u00e9cembre 2010.<\/p>\n<h2>La Wallonie et Bruxelles plus optimistes<\/h2>\n<p>Si le pronostic des PME flamandes est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus optimiste que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, on remarque surtout une forte progression en Wallonie. Dans la moiti\u00e9 sud du pays, l&rsquo;espoir de reprise \u00e9conomique apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es tr\u00e8s sombres est spectaculaire. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la m\u00eame question pos\u00e9e l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re,  seulement 8,9% des PME wallonnes envisageaient une augmentation de l&#8217;emploi en 2014, alors que ce chiffre est aujourd&rsquo;hui de 25,2% pour 2015. <\/p>\n<p>Avec une augmentation anticip\u00e9e de 27,7%, Bruxelles est la r\u00e9gion la plus optimiste, tandis que la Flandre ferme la marche avec 21,9% seulement.<\/p>\n<p>A noter, le pronostic d&rsquo;augmentation de l&#8217;emploi (26,9%) attendu dans le secteur secondaire pour le premier trimestre 2015.<\/p>\n<h2>La prudence reste de mise<\/h2>\n<p>Enfin \u00e0 la question de savoir s&rsquo;ils attendent une augmentation dans la quantit\u00e9 du travail, les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise r\u00e9pondent avec prudence.  Un quart d&rsquo;entre eux est optimiste mais ils sont aussi 17,5% \u00e0 penser que la quantit\u00e9 du travail diminuera. Ces chiffres sont assez comparables \u00e0 ceux du dernier trimestre, avec 25,4% d&rsquo;optimistes et 14,8% de pessimistes.<\/p>\n<p><em>Notons que 896 entreprises de moins de 100 personnes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate.
