L\u2019avis des salari\u00e9s du Luxembourg."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Selon le Randstad Workmonitor du 4\u00e8me trimestre 2017, une grande majorit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s (82%) au Luxembourg consid\u00e8rent que leur employabilit\u00e9 rel\u00e8ve de leur propre responsabilit\u00e9 ou qu\u2019il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e entre eux, leur employeur et le gouvernement. Parmi les personnes interrog\u00e9es, 72% comprennent que leur employeur soutienne leur d\u00e9veloppement personnel seulement si cela correspond aux objectifs de l&rsquo;entreprise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les personnes interrog\u00e9es mettent \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans le chef du gouvernement. Selon elles, celui-ci a un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer en ce qui concerne l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre: 87% des r\u00e9pondants estiment que le gouvernement devrait mettre en place des mesures d\u2019encouragement pour les employeurs qui favorisent l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 de leurs salari\u00e9s. Ils sont encore plus nombreux (90%) \u00e0 penser que des avantages devraient \u00eatre offerts aux salari\u00e9s qui d\u00e9veloppent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leurs comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, 83% des personnes qui travaillent au Luxembourg, pensent que si le gouvernement veut augmenter l\u2019\u00e2ge de la retraite, il doit \u00e9galement investir pour aider les seniors \u00e0 garder leur emploi. Cependant, pour 79% des r\u00e9pondants, c\u2019est le r\u00f4le de l\u2019employeur de maintenir \u00e0 jour les comp\u00e9tences des employ\u00e9s les plus \u00e2g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, le sentiment des employ\u00e9s quant \u00e0 la situation \u00e9conomique de leur pays ainsi que la performance financi\u00e8re de leur employeur sont plus positifs que l\u2019an pass\u00e9. Leurs attentes de recevoir une augmentation de salaire ou de bonus ont \u00e9galement nettement augment\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quel impact sur la mobilit\u00e9 ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec un indice de mobilit\u00e9 de 109, le nombre d&#8217;employ\u00e9s dans le monde qui s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 travailler pour un employeur diff\u00e9rent au cours des six prochains mois est rest\u00e9 stable par rapport aux trois trimestres pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. La mobilit\u00e9 au Luxembourg est toujours la plus basse de tous les pays de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon. Elle est cependant en hausse (+ 2 points) mais cela reste faible par rapport \u00e0 la Chine (+9), au Canada (+8) et au Chili (+7).<\/p>\n<p>Le pourcentage de personnes ayant r\u00e9ellement chang\u00e9 d\u2019emploi au 4\u00e8me trimestre 2017 est encore le plus faible au Luxembourg (8%) alors que la variation au niveau mondial est de 23%.\u00a0Seules 17% des personnes interrog\u00e9es au Portugal ont envie de changer d\u2019emploi. Le Luxembourg suit de pr\u00e8s avec 18% alors qu\u2019en Inde ce taux atteint 40%<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Note m\u00e9thodologique : le Randstad Workmonitor a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 aux Pays-Bas en 2003, puis en Allemagne et couvre 33 pays \u00e0 travers le monde. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude englobe l&rsquo;Europe, l&rsquo;Asie-Pacifique et les Am\u00e9riques. Le Randstad Workmonitor est publi\u00e9 4 fois par an, ce qui rend les tendances locales et mondiales de la mobilit\u00e9 visibles au fil du temps.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Le Workmonitor&rsquo;s Mobility Index met en avant la probabilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un employ\u00e9 change d&#8217;emploi au cours des six prochains mois et les tendances sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Outre la mobilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate porte sur la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s, la motivation personnelle, ainsi que sur un ensemble tournant de questions.\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9tude est men\u00e9e en ligne aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 65 ans qui travaillent au moins 24 heures par semaine dans un emploi r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 (et non \u00e0 leur compte).
