Via un mod\u00e8le multifactoriel int\u00e9grant tous les param\u00e8tres menant au burnout, il devrait permettre aux entreprises de construire une politique de pr\u00e9vention du burnout plus efficace.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La spin-off Bright Link souligne que <em>\u00ab\u00a0le burnout est devenu une inqui\u00e9tude croissante au sein des entreprises et repr\u00e9sente un co\u00fbt colossal pour les soins de sant\u00e9 (pour 2017, le co\u00fbt total de l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de travail est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 7,96 milliards d\u2019euros en Belgique). Le burnout touche tous les secteurs et tailles de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et repr\u00e9sente donc un r\u00e9el d\u00e9fi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le PBT\u00ae veut \u00eatre\u00a0bien plus qu\u2019un simple test en ligne. <em>\u00ab Il est le fruit d\u2019une recherche amorc\u00e9e d\u00e8s 2012 au sein de l\u2019universit\u00e9 sur la pr\u00e9vention du burnout. La collecte d\u2019inputs de terrain provenant de l\u2019interaction entre les psychoth\u00e9rapeutes en pr\u00e9vention du burnout et leurs patients a permis d\u2019identifier, d\u2019affiner, de mod\u00e9liser et de tester l\u2019ensemble des diff\u00e9rentes variables qui peuvent mener au burnout \u00bb<\/em> explique Olivier Bomboire de Bright Link.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Int\u00e9grer des variables professionnelles et individuelles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;outil\u00a0a pour but de mesurer pour un individu son niveau d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel ainsi que les causes (professionnelles et personnelles) qui en sont responsables, au travers d\u2019un mod\u00e8le reprenant 23 indicateurs d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s<br \/>\npar l\u2019universit\u00e9. C\u2019est, en effet, l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et la concomitance de facteurs de risque professionnels et priv\u00e9s, individuels et collectifs qui m\u00e8nent au burnout.<br \/>\nIl\u00a0couvre ainsi logiquement de nombreux param\u00e8tres incluant des th\u00e8mes novateurs, comme l\u2019impact sur les employ\u00e9s de la technologie et des nouveaux moyens de communication.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche devrait permettre d&rsquo;offrir un soutien pr\u00e9ventif aux individus qui s\u2019approchent malgr\u00e9 eux d\u2019une situation de burnout et, d\u2019autre part, aider les dirigeants \u00e0 mieux cibler leurs priorit\u00e9s en termes de politique de pr\u00e9vention, sur base d\u2019une rigoureuse analyse de risque. En moins de trente minutes, les employ\u00e9s compl\u00e8tent un questionnaire en ligne. Leurs r\u00e9ponses sont ensuite rendues anonymes, centralis\u00e9es et s\u00e9curis\u00e9es. Chacun re\u00e7oit alors un rapport confidentiel identifiant son niveau de fatigue chronique, les zones de confort et \u00e0 moyenne ou haute vigilance. Quant \u00e0 l\u2019employeur, il obtient une cartographie de risques collectifs lui permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer sa politique de pr\u00e9vention interne.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques mois seulement apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation de la start-up, le PBT\u00ae est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en phase d\u2019impl\u00e9mentation au sein de diverses soci\u00e9t\u00e9s majeures en Belgique.
