Une ambition forte face au monde qui se dessine avec l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration technologique fulgurante que nous vivons tous aujourd\u2019hui. ManpowerGroup, via son CEO Jonas Prising, y partage sa vision du futur du monde du travail en s\u2019appuyant sur une conviction : il faut transformer les ressources humaines et le leadership au regard de la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;impact de la technologie sur les organisations de toutes tailles et de tous secteurs s&rsquo;amplifie et, selon une \u00e9tude de McKinsey(*), en 2020 30% des revenus industriels seront g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par de nouveaux business models (*). Un rythme disruptif qui oblige les leaders \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 mener une transformation digitale rapide afin d\u2019anticiper les opportunit\u00e9s et maintenir leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTransformer les ressources humaines au regard de la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique rec\u00e8le un potentiel immense pour cr\u00e9er de la valeur et changer la vie des individus \u2013 pour autant que les leaders y soient pr\u00eats\u201d,<\/em> affirme Jonas Prising, Pr\u00e9sident &amp; CEO de ManpowerGroup. \u201c<em>La transformation doit s\u2019amorcer au sommet et les leaders doivent diriger aujourd&rsquo;hui d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente de celle qui a pu \u00eatre la leur par le pass\u00e9. Quelle que soit la progression des entreprises face \u00e0 la transformation digitale, la direction est claire : elles doivent \u00eatre plus agiles que jamais pour lib\u00e9rer le potentiel humain, d\u00e9velopper les talents et les allier aux technologies de pointe.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Nouveau monde (digital), nouveau leadership.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selon une enqu\u00eate de ManpowerGroup (**), pr\u00e8s de 9 Directeurs des Ressources Humaine sur 10 estiment que les leaders au sein de leur organisation ne disposent pas des talents de leadership n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face \u00e0 la transformation digitale. Et pourtant, l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique devra voir \u00e9clore un nouveau type de leader. <em>\u201cCe leader d\u2019un nouveau type accorde plus d\u2019importance \u00e0 sa mission qu\u2019\u00e0 sa fonction.
