En interrogeant 25.000 travailleurs \u00e0 travers la Belgique, IDEWE veut d\u00e9montrer qu&rsquo;il est possible de g\u00e9rer activement les situations de stress et de renforcer les d\u00e9fenses des collaborateurs contre l\u2019\u00e9puisement et le harc\u00e8lement moral au travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le harc\u00e8lement moral au travail constitue encore un probl\u00e8me pressant au sein des entreprises et organisations belges.\u00a021,4 % des travailleurs belges sont victimes d\u2019au moins une forme de harc\u00e8lement moral une fois par mois, 12,1 % le sont une fois par semaine, et 3,9 % y sont m\u00eame confront\u00e9s quotidiennement.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de le pr\u00e9venir, le Groupe IDEWE a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 StressBalancer en collaboration avec la KULeuven. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un outil d\u2019e-learning qui apprend aux travailleurs \u00e0 g\u00e9rer activement les situations de stress et \u00e0 se pr\u00e9munir contre le harc\u00e8lement moral au travail.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u00e9montre que l\u2019environnement de travail joue un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans l\u2019apparition du harc\u00e8lement moral. Les principales causes sont la pression au travail, les attentes contradictoires, l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi et l\u2019incertitude quant au r\u00f4le \u00e0 endosser. Cette enqu\u00eate indique d\u00e8s lors que 25,5 % des travailleurs qui sont victimes d\u2019au moins une forme de harc\u00e8lement moral chaque jour ne savent pas quel est exactement leur r\u00f4le au sein de l\u2019entreprise ; 22,5 % indiquent qu\u2019ils sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des demandes contradictoires au travail, alors que 13,5 % se sentent incertains quant \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de leur emploi ; 6,6 % indiquent vivre une pression (trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e) au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Un environnement de travail agr\u00e9able semble prot\u00e9ger les travailleurs contre le harc\u00e8lement moral. Les travailleurs qui se sentent soutenus par leurs coll\u00e8gues et dirigeants, sont autonomes et ont des possibilit\u00e9s de se d\u00e9velopper, y sont moins confront\u00e9s. Parmi les travailleurs qui disent ne jamais \u00eatre victimes de harc\u00e8lement moral, 42,3 % sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 presque toujours soutenus par les coll\u00e8gues et dirigeants, 42,2 % disposent tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d\u2019autonomie et 33,3 % ont le sentiment de pouvoir \u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>L\u2019environnement de travail, cause principale ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un environnement de travail stressant rend les travailleurs vuln\u00e9rables au harc\u00e8lement moral. D\u2019une part, parce que les travailleurs stress\u00e9s sont une cible facile. Les travailleurs sont \u00e9puis\u00e9s par le stress. Par cons\u00e9quent, ils peuvent plus difficilement se d\u00e9fendre contre un comportement n\u00e9gatif (par exemple, les rumeurs et les insultes). D\u2019autre part, les travailleurs stress\u00e9s tentent de r\u00e9duire ce stress au travail (par exemple, en cherchant une distraction pour ne plus trop y penser). Par cons\u00e9quent, ils peuvent transgresser les normes et valeurs au travail (par exemple, en termes de productivit\u00e9). Ils deviennent alors une cible pour leurs coll\u00e8gues qui ne tol\u00e8rent pas cette transgression et veulent la sanctionner.<\/p>\n<p>Le StressBalancer a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par IDEWE en collaboration avec la KULeuven. Lode Godderis, directeur du d\u00e9partement Knowledge, Information and Research d\u2019IDEWE, explique: <em>\u201cTant au niveau de la pratique que de la recherche scientifique, nous ressentons le besoin d\u2019avoir un outil de pr\u00e9vention du harc\u00e8lement sur le lieu de travail et qui met l\u2019accent sur l\u2019employ\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re individuelle. Le StressBalancer est un outil de e-learning qui vise \u00e0 rendre les employ\u00e9s plus r\u00e9silients face \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement et \u00e0 l&rsquo;intimidation au travail. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous informons les employ\u00e9s que, \u00e0 long terme, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de g\u00e9rer proactivement les facteurs de stress li\u00e9s au travail. Par exemple: Lorsque vous subissez une \u00e9norme pression au travail, essayez de fixer des priorit\u00e9s, discutez de la situation avec votre sup\u00e9rieur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En utilisant ce nouvel outil, l&#8217;employ\u00e9 peut assimiler certaines techniques de gestion du stress. L&rsquo;outil\u00a0comprend trois \u00e9tapes: le StressBarometer consiste en un questionnaire qui \u00e9value l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de travail des participants et leurs techniques de gestion du stress. Ceci est n\u00e9cessaire pour l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante: Mon profil de stress. Ce profil donne un aper\u00e7u des forces et des faiblesses en mati\u00e8re de gestion du stress. Au moyen de barres de couleur vertes, oranges et rouges, le participant acquiert un aper\u00e7u de ce qui va bien, moins bien ou pas bien. La formation constitue la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape. Un certain nombre d&rsquo;exercices et de conseils sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, sur base de vid\u00e9os, de photos et de textes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La pr\u00e9vention primaire, c&rsquo;est quoi ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre l\u2019environnement de travail, il existe \u00e9galement des facteurs personnels qui rendent les travailleurs vuln\u00e9rables au harc\u00e8lement moral au travail, tels que l\u2019hypersensibilit\u00e9, le manque de confiance en soi et les faibles comp\u00e9tences sociales. Il est d\u00e8s lors important de mettre l\u2019accent tant sur l\u2019environnement de travail que sur les facteurs de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 individuels afin de pr\u00e9venir le harc\u00e8lement moral au travail.
