Break@Work concerne aussi bien l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re dans le secteur public, le cr\u00e9dit-temps dans le secteur priv\u00e9 et les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques pour les deux secteurs (cf. cong\u00e9 parental, assistance m\u00e9dicale ou soins palliatifs).<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une telle application s\u2019explique par la popularit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rentes formes d\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re mais \u00e9galement par la complexit\u00e9 croissante de la r\u00e9glementation. En Belgique, de plus en plus de travailleurs choisissent en effet d\u2019interrompre momentan\u00e9ment leur carri\u00e8re afin de mieux concilier activit\u00e9 professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, en Belgique, plus de 400 000 personnes font appel \u00e0 l\u2019une des diff\u00e9rentes formes d\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re. En 2017, un travailleur sur 10 a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019un tel cong\u00e9. Le cong\u00e9 th\u00e9matique est le plus populaire, suivi du cr\u00e9dit-temps puis de l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re. Des chiffres plus pr\u00e9cis (et par type d\u2019interruption) sont disponibles sur le site internet de l\u2019ONEM.<\/p>\n<p>Kris Peeters, Vice-Premier ministre et ministre de l\u2019Emploi : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Si nous voulons mettre en pratique le Travail Faisable et Maniable, nous devons donner aux gens la possibilit\u00e9 de devenir les architectes de leur propre carri\u00e8re. Avec Break@Work, nous avan\u00e7ons sur cette voie. C&rsquo;est un pas de plus vers une administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale moderne, conviviale et accessible qui simplifie la vie des citoyens. Pour les aider \u00e0 s\u2019y retrouver facilement, l&rsquo;ONEM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 l\u2019application Break@Work.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ses donn\u00e9es enti\u00e8rement s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le travailleur se connecte \u00e0 l\u2019aide de sa carte d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique (eID), un token f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, itsme ou via un code personnel g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par une application mobile. Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 quelques questions, il obtient un aper\u00e7u du nombre de mois et de jours de cr\u00e9dit-temps, d\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re ou de cong\u00e9 th\u00e9matique auquel il a encore droit. Break@Work est accessible depuis un ordinateur, une tablette ou un smartphone.<br \/>\nBreak@Work n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re application en ligne \u00e0 traiter des interruptions de carri\u00e8re.
