Les recruteurs creusent ainsi au-del\u00e0 des s\u00e9sames acquis aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9coles et universit\u00e9s et recherchent des comp\u00e9tences bien pr\u00e9cises, techniques bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi des \u00ab comp\u00e9tences douces \u00bb (pens\u00e9e critique, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, savoir-\u00eatre,\u2026) qui assurent l\u2019adaptation de l\u2019individu \u00e0 des postes tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<h2>Cap sur les soft skills<\/h2>\n<p>Une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e par Forbes qui liste les 10 comp\u00e9tences les plus pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9es lors du recrutement, place les soft skills en t\u00eate du classement. Les recruteurs sont donc avant tout attentifs aux capacit\u00e9s de :<br \/>\n-Travailler en \u00e9quipe<br \/>\n-Prendre des d\u00e9cisions et r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes<br \/>\n-Communiquer oralement avec des collaborateurs et des intervenants ext\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise<br \/>\n-Planifier, organiser et prioriser le travail<br \/>\n-Obtenir et traiter l\u2019information<\/p>\n<p>Ces comp\u00e9tences rel\u00e8vent surtout de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 interagir avec les autres de mani\u00e8re efficace. Les recruteurs privil\u00e9gient d\u00e9sormais les capacit\u00e9s de maitrise et de gestion des \u00e9motions. Des collaborateurs dot\u00e9s d\u2019empathie et de ces nouvelles comp\u00e9tences mettant l\u2019accent sur le travail en \u00e9quipe, l\u2019\u00e9coute et la communication ou encore l\u2019organisation, renforceront non seulement la culture de l\u2019entreprise mais aussi son organisation agile.<\/p>\n<h2>Des comp\u00e9tences techniques aussi&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des soft skills, les comp\u00e9tences techniques sont \u00e9galement toujours scrut\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on attentive, comme :<br \/>\n-Analyser des donn\u00e9es quantitatives<br \/>\n-D\u00e9velopper une connaissance technique en relation avec le poste<br \/>\n-Utiliser des logiciels et du mat\u00e9riel informatique<br \/>\n-Elaborer et \u00e9diter des rapports<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019importance accrue de la comp\u00e9tence analytique de donn\u00e9es quantitatives se confirme.
