Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 partenaire de la finale europ\u00e9enne des Mini-entreprises qui s\u2019est tenue \u00e0 Bruxelles en 2017, ManpowerGroup Belgium a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de soutenir concr\u00e8tement les programmes de l\u2019asbl Les Jeunes Entreprises et de Vlajo en Belgique. Objectif ? Stimuler l\u2019entrepreneuriat et le d\u00e9sir d\u2019apprendre en pr\u00e9parant les jeunes au futur du monde du travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>65% des jobs que les jeunes issus de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z (n\u00e9s aux alentours des ann\u00e9es 2000) exerceront dans le futur n\u2019existent pas encore. Aujourd\u2019hui, plus que jamais, choisir son m\u00e9tier et se lancer dans la vie professionnelle est devenu un d\u00e9fi de taille pour les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p>A c\u00f4t\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences techniques (hard skills) indispensables \u00e0 l\u2019exercice de sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, l\u2019accent doit \u00eatre mis sur les comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la personnalit\u00e9 (soft skills). Selon une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude de ManpowerGroup, la communication (56%), la collaboration (55%) et la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes (54%) sont les trois comp\u00e9tences actuellement les plus recherch\u00e9es par les employeurs \u00e0 travers le monde. Tandis que dans le m\u00eame temps les recruteurs estiment que ces trois comp\u00e9tences figurent \u00e9galement parmi les plus difficiles \u00e0 trouver &#8211; r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes (31%), communication (30%), organisation (24%) et collaboration (22%).<\/p>\n<p>Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup Belgium : <em>\u00abAujourd\u2019hui, les talents sont devenus le premier moteur de la croissance car ce sont eux qui peuvent cr\u00e9er de la valeur, de la richesse et en cons\u00e9quence des emplois nouveaux. Notre \u00e9conomie a besoin de davantage d\u2019entrepreneurs mais aussi d\u2019intrapreneurs capables de g\u00e9rer des carri\u00e8res non lin\u00e9aires, faites d\u2019une succession de projets et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences. En concluant ce partenariat avec les antennes belges de JA Europe \u2013 Les Jeunes Entreprises et Vlajo \u2013 nous voulons contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9closion des talents de demain en partageant notre connaissance du march\u00e9 du travail mais aussi notre exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine du leadership. C\u2019est avec beaucoup d\u2019enthousiasme que nous allons soutenir ces deux organisations qui se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 impos\u00e9es comme des ponts incontournables entre l\u2019\u00e9cole et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les Jeunes Entreprises et Vlajo, des ponts entre l\u2019\u00e9cole et le monde de l\u2019entreprise<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, plus de 21.000 jeunes issus de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles et 116.000 jeunes de de la Communaut\u00e9 flamande participent aux programmes mis en place par les antennes belges de JA Europe. Au niveau europ\u00e9en, plus de 3,6 millions de jeunes issus de 40 pays ont pu \u2018apprendre en agissant \u2018 (\u2018learning by doing\u2019) et activer ainsi leur potentiel entrepreneurial pour devenir acteurs du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, social et culturel. Les programmes d\u2019apprentissage sont vari\u00e9s et touchent toutes les tranches d\u2019\u00e2ge, avec des modules adapt\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rents niveaux d\u2019enseignement afin de b\u00e2tir des ponts entre l\u2019\u00e9cole et le monde de l\u2019entreprise et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. En 2017, plus de 3.000 jeunes de l\u2019enseignement secondaire francophone se sont lanc\u00e9s dans l\u2019aventure de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une mini-entreprise et 1.700 \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur ont particip\u00e9s au programme YEP (Young Enterprise Project). Ces activit\u00e9s renforcent les acquis scolaires et acad\u00e9miques, mais surtout stimulent l\u2019acquisition de comp\u00e9tences personnelles, notamment la communication, la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ou la gestion de projet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Stimuler la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par ce partenariat, ManpowerGroup Belgium entend concr\u00e9tiser le premier pilier (\u2018Ready for Work\u2019) de sa strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement durable et de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale en aidant les jeunes \u00e0 int\u00e9grer le march\u00e9 du travail. L\u2019accent sera mis sur le programme YEP destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Sur base de volontariat, les collaborateurs de ManpowerGroup s\u2019investiront lors de sessions de coaching dans l\u2019accompagnement des projets. Ils animeront aussi des sessions d\u2019experts pour aider les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 mieux aborder la gestion des ressources humaines dans leurs projets d\u2019entreprise. Enfin, ils organiseront \u00e9galement des workshops pour aider les jeunes \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer concr\u00e8tement leur recherche d\u2019emploi. Le groupe RH mettra ses diff\u00e9rents outils et \u00e9tudes \u00e0 disposition du centre de connaissances des Jeunes Entreprises, notamment son test consacr\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.learnabilityquotient.com\/\">Quotient d\u2019apprentissage<\/a>, qui permet d\u2019identifier le profil d\u2019apprenant des individus.
