Le but de cette action ? D\u00e9montrer aux entreprises les retomb\u00e9es positives d\u2019une politique volontariste en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si les choses vont dans le bon sens, les organisations patronales soient contraintes de reconna\u00eetre l&rsquo;existence de formes multiples et vari\u00e9es de discrimination.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;\u00e9cart salarial entre les femmes et les hommes se situe parmi les plus bas d&rsquo;Europe. Autre exemple, le taux d\u2019emploi des travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 34,4% il y a 10 ans et atteint maintenant 46,5% en moyenne sur la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de 2017. Beaucoup d\u2019entreprises ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans leur strat\u00e9gie une politique de diversit\u00e9 forte. Malheureusement, certains chiffres sont encore insatisfaisants. Ainsi, le taux d\u2019emploi en Belgique des personnes d\u2019origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re est de 48,1%, contre 67,7% pour les travailleurs belges (Eurostat).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si d\u2019autres facteurs expliquent cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et font que certaines groupes trouvent moins leur place sur le march\u00e9 du travail, il ne faut pas nier la part \u00e9ventuelle de discrimination subie par certains. Les employeurs s\u2019unissent donc pour faire mieux, persuad\u00e9s que la discrimination, sous aucune forme, n\u2019a sa place sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan d\u2019action des employeurs s\u2019articule en plusieurs phases. D\u2019abord INFORMER. Nous voulons montrer que les employeurs n\u2019ont pas attendu pour agir. Nous mettrons en valeur de nombreuses entreprises qui peuvent servir d\u2019inspiration et d\u2019exemple pour d\u2019autres. Ensuite, SENSIBILISER en incitant les entreprises \u00e0 agir. Comment ? En mettant en place des partenariats entre organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et entreprises. Troisi\u00e8mement, INSPIRER.
