Elle nous offre un regard ponctuel sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de la fonction RH, sur ses enjeux contemporains et sur les acteurs qui incarnent avec ambition l\u2019exercice positif de celle-ci.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ne nous enflammons pas. Chaque ann\u00e9e ne nous permet pas d\u2019assister \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019une tendance susceptible de r\u00e9inventer la discipline complexe du People Management. Cependant\u2026<br \/>\nIl est remarquable de constater \u00e0 quel point nos responsables RH sont devenus obs\u00e9d\u00e9s par le client. S\u2019il est un fil rouge qui ressort des dossiers retenus pour l\u2019\u00e9lection du HR Manager of the Year\u00a9, comme pour la d\u00e9signation du HR Team et Young HR Leader de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018, c\u2019est bien de cette dimension de \u2018customer centricity\u2019 dont il s\u2019agit.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas une \u00e9norme surprise.<br \/>\nDans leurs environnements respectifs, Cindy Gorissen (JBC\/Mayerline), Sabine Gekiere (McDonald\u2019s Belgium) et Philippe Bertin (Prayon) ont mis les clients de leurs organisations au centre de la strat\u00e9gie RH. Les trois laur\u00e9ats du HR Manager of the Year Award\u00a9 illustrent bien la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les d\u00e9partements RH d\u2019assurer la coh\u00e9rence entre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience que l\u2019entreprise veut offrir \u00e0 ses clients et celle qu\u2019elle doit garantir \u00e0 ses collaborateurs.<br \/>\nCette \u00e9volution s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019exigence qui s\u2019est impos\u00e9e aux RH visant \u00e0 mieux comprendre et int\u00e9grer les probl\u00e9matiques Business dans leurs pratiques quotidiennes. Aujourd\u2019hui, il ne suffit plus d\u2019\u00eatre un bon petit HR Business Partner. Le d\u00e9partement RH est aujourd\u2019hui le premier \u2018vendeur\u2019 (dans le sens, \u2018repr\u00e9sentant de commerce\u2019) de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Attention \u00e0 la dictature du march\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comment remplir ce r\u00f4le de plus en plus complet ? Nous pensons que l\u2019enjeu principal consistera d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 donner \u00e0 la fois la capacit\u00e9 de changement et le confort de la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 nos collaborateurs. Bien s\u00fbr, l\u2019entreprise doit gagner en agilit\u00e9 pour s\u2019adapter en temps quasi r\u00e9el aux attentes multiples et vari\u00e9es de ses clients. Mais elle doit, en m\u00eame temps, garantir un cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence bienveillant et agr\u00e9able \u00e0 celles et ceux qui sont confront\u00e9s au premier chef \u00e0 cette variance des besoins de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les RH auront pour mission de veiller \u00e0 ce que les clients ch\u00e9ris de l\u2019entreprise ne deviennent pas des dictateurs absolus. Nous ne pouvons les servir \u00e0 tout prix, aux d\u00e9pens de certaines priorit\u00e9s personnelles et collectives qui contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, ni au m\u00e9pris de valeurs qui consolident nos relations aux autres.<br \/>\nLe r\u00f4le est double. D\u2019une part, les attentes des clients doivent \u00eatre traduites en modalit\u00e9s d\u2019organisation et en mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques afin que l\u2019entreprise soit en mesure d\u2019y r\u00e9pondre aussi rapidement et qualitativement que possible. Et d\u2019autre part, il faut quelqu\u2019un-e qui veille \u2013 en tant que sentinelle \u2013 \u00e0 la protection des int\u00e9r\u00eats de toutes les parties, internes et externes, en cherchant sans rel\u00e2che \u00e0 les r\u00e9concilier. Comprendre le monde et prendre soin de celles et ceux qui nous entourent. Simple. Basique.
