Plusieurs entreprises nous livrent leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Secteur public, secteur priv\u00e9, chercheurs: tous sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du middle management. Une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui pose question dans des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en constante \u00e9volution. Que recouvre le terme de middle management? Qu\u2019attend-on aujourd\u2019hui de la strate interm\u00e9diaire? Alors que certains managers connaissent stress et burn-out, certains croient en leur disparition au profit de structures plus plates.<\/p>\n<p>Muriel Charlot, membre du TEAM PO au sein du SPF S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale confie: <em>\u00ab Si le middle management en reste uniquement \u00e0 ses r\u00f4les ex\u00e9cutif et directif, il s\u2019agit alors d\u2019un frein qui ne permet pas de r\u00e9pondre aux  aspirations de solidarit\u00e9, confiance et d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Nous recherchons dor\u00e9navant des coaches, qui jouent essentiellement  les r\u00f4les de facilitateurs et d\u2019accompagnateurs d\u2019\u00e9quipes ! \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yvan Lagage, HR Manager chez Red Market, explique : <em>\u00ab Les middle managers sont des relais d&rsquo;information essentiels. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, je ne crois pas en leur disparition pure et simple. Par contre, \u00e0 l&rsquo;inverse, les middle managers ne doivent pas non plus \u00eatre trop nombreux. Je pense qu&rsquo;il y a un point d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 sauvegarder et au-del\u00e0 duquel la situation devient ing\u00e9rable. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Philippe Kempinaire, DRH pour le groupe TEC \u00e9voque plusieurs contraintes: <em>\u00ab La premi\u00e8re, c\u2019est ce que j\u2019appellerai la puissance omnipr\u00e9sente des syndicats. Il s\u2019agit de 50 ann\u00e9es d\u2019histoire sociale auxquelles les middle managers doivent faire face en permanence. L\u2019autre contrainte est que nos conducteurs sont \u00e9videmment toujours sur les routes, il est donc difficile pour nos middle managers d\u2019avoir un regard constant sur leur travail. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fabrice De Zanet, Professeur Assistant \u00e0 HEC-ULG, livre son regard d\u2019expert: <em>\u00ab J\u2019ai l\u2019habitude de dire que ce sont les middle managers eux-m\u00eames qui ont les cartes en mains \u2013 au moins en partie &#8211; .
