Le ministre de la Fonction Publique se r\u00e9jouit de cette mesure, rappelant qu&rsquo;il existe depuis 2008 une directive europ\u00e9enne qui exclut toute restriction sur l\u2019emploi int\u00e9rimaire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;accord de gouvernement du 9 octobre 2014, le gouvernement a \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9 un certain nombre de mesures en vue d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 une administration moderne, innovante et orient\u00e9e client. \u00a0En outre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu dans l&rsquo;accord de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 de rendre possible le travail int\u00e9rimaire pour le remplacement temporaire d&rsquo;un membre du personnel statutaire ou contractuel, pour un surcro\u00eet temporaire de travail et pour l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un travail exceptionnel.<br \/>\nSteven Vandeput: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les organisations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales ont les m\u00eames d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de personnel que les autres entreprises. Les absences planifi\u00e9es ou non doivent \u00eatre prises en charge tout comme lorsqu\u2019il y a soudainement un surplus de travail ou lorsqu\u2019une t\u00e2che ne fait pas partie des t\u00e2ches normales de l\u2019organisation. Une organisation pouvant r\u00e9pondre rapidement \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis peut continuer \u00e0 assurer sa prestation de service \u00e0 ses clients et maintenir sous contr\u00f4le la charge de travail de ses coll\u00e8gues. En tant que ministre charg\u00e9 de la Fonction publique je m\u2019efforce de fournir une meilleure prestation de service et satisfaction aux coll\u00e8gues. L\u2019introduction du travail int\u00e9rimaire au sein des services publics f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et des entreprises publiques s\u2019inscrit parfaitement dans cette d\u00e9marche.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Temporaire et volontaire.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Arr\u00eat\u00e9 Royal pr\u00e9voit que les travailleurs int\u00e9rimaires peuvent \u00eatre mis au travail dans l\u2019administration dans les cas suivants :<br \/>\n&#8211; Le remplacement temporaire d\u2019un membre du personnel contractuel dont le contrat de travail est suspendu, a pris fin ou qui travaille temporairement \u00e0 temps partiel;<br \/>\n&#8211; Le remplacement temporaire d&rsquo;un membre du personnel statutaire qui n&rsquo;exerce pas sa fonction ou ne l\u2019exerce qu\u2019\u00e0 temps partiel;<br \/>\n&#8211; Le surcro\u00eet temporaire de travail;<br \/>\n&#8211; L\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un travail exceptionnel.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;emploi int\u00e9rimaire est une solution temporaire. La dur\u00e9e du travail int\u00e9rimaire est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode de maximum 12 mois. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il y a un co\u00fbt suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e9vident pour engager des travailleurs int\u00e9rimaires. Les services f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et les entreprises publiques d\u00e9cident eux-m\u00eames s\u2019ils en ont besoin ainsi que du nombre de travailleurs int\u00e9rimaire dont ils ont besoin. Le travail int\u00e9rimaire est un instrument important mais enti\u00e8rement volontaire que les organisations peuvent utiliser avec souplesse.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le champ d\u2019application de l\u2019Arr\u00eat\u00e9 Royal ne se limite pas seulement aux services f\u00e9d\u00e9raux.
