Ce jeudi 8 mars 2018, journ\u00e9e internationale de lutte pour les droits des femmes, Actiris souhaite attirer l\u2019attention sur les discriminations \u00e0 l\u2019emploi dont sont victimes les femmes et d\u00e9taille les solutions offertes gratuitement aux entreprises par son service &lsquo;Diversit\u00e9&rsquo; pour les \u00e9viter.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Plus d\u2019un signalement sur trois (38%) est relatif \u00e0 une discrimination \u00e0 la grossesse. Les discriminations signal\u00e9es par les hommes ont plut\u00f4t trait aux proc\u00e9dures de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection. Les femmes ont indiqu\u00e9 \u00eatre syst\u00e9matiquement discrimin\u00e9es \u00e0 tous les stades du processus de mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Elles ont contact\u00e9 l\u2019Institut au sujet de leur licenciement ou de la non prolongation de leur contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, des conditions d\u2019emploi et de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et du recrutement et de la s\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Ces chiffres interpellants d\u00e9montrent qu\u2019il y a encore des efforts \u00e0 apporter pour gommer les discriminations de genre au travail. Nous invitons autant les employeurs que les travailleurs \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 nos services pour que nous trouvions ensemble des solutions. Lutter contre toutes formes de discriminations est dans l\u2019ADN d\u2019Actiris \u00bb<\/em>, r\u00e9agit Gr\u00e9gor Chapelle, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Actiris. Toutes les situations de discriminations ne sont pas conscientes ou volontaires. Chacun ne connait pas toujours ses droits non plus. Les femmes elles-m\u00eames ont parfois tendance \u00e0 s\u2019auto-discriminer. La moiti\u00e9 des femmes enceintes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi ne posent pas leur candidature. Une sur trois pense que c\u2019est inutile.<\/p>\n<p>Pour soutenir la diversit\u00e9 dans le monde du travail, dont l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes, il existe au sein d\u2019Actiris un service \u201cdiversit\u00e9\u201d qui \u00e9labore des plans d\u2019actions concr\u00e8tes avec les employeurs bruxellois. <em>\u201cLe terme diversit\u00e9 englobe plusieurs aspects: l\u2019origine, l\u2019\u00e2ge, le handicap, le niveau de formation et le genre. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments peuvent se cumuler. Avec un peu d\u2019attention, ils constituent une richesse pour les entreprises \u00bb,<\/em> souligne Cathy Van Remoortere, Directrice du Service Diversit\u00e9 d\u2019Actiris.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Universit\u00e9 libre de Bruxelles (ULB), avec qui Actiris \u00e9labore un plan diversit\u00e9, a d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en place une bonne pratique en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes : la mesure cascade. In\u00e9dite \u00e0 ce jour en F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles, elle vise \u00e0 lutter contre le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne dit du &lsquo;tuyau perc\u00e9&rsquo;, soit l\u2019\u00e9rosion des \u00e9quilibres entre les femmes et les hommes au fil de l\u2019avancement dans la carri\u00e8re acad\u00e9mique. Depuis l\u2019ann\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique 2016-2017, l\u2019ULB veille \u00e0 ce que la r\u00e9partition femmes \/ hommes au sein des promus soit au moins \u00e9gale \u00e0 cette m\u00eame proportion dans le niveau pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de la carri\u00e8re. Cette mesure s\u2019applique aux promotions aux titres de professeur et de professeur ordinaire. Ainsi si, dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Universit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon \u00ab n-1 \u00bb (par exemple, charg\u00e9 de cours), les femmes repr\u00e9sentent 33 % des effectifs, il devra y avoir au minimum 33 % de femmes parmi les personnes promues au niveau \u00ab n \u00bb (par exemple, professeur).<\/p>\n<p>Autre exemple de bonne pratique, chez un employeur ayant obtenu d\u00e9j\u00e0 le label \u00ab diversit\u00e9 \u00bb. BNP Paribas Fortis organise des ateliers de discussions entre mamans de retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9. Elle sensibilise \u00e9galement le management au retour d\u2019un cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 et de paternit\u00e9 et du changement de rythme de vie personnelle qu\u2019il peut entra\u00eener.<\/p>\n<p>On retrouve une autre bonne pratique chez Accenture, avec qui Actiris a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan diversit\u00e9. Selon leurs recherches r\u00e9centes \u201cGetting to Equal\u201d, la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une culture de parit\u00e9 lib\u00e8re le potentiel des femmes et met en avant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s d\u2019une culture o\u00f9 chacun pour progresser et prosp\u00e9rer. <em>\u00ab Pour inspirer les femmes au sein de notre entreprise, nous stimulons des opportunit\u00e9s leur permettant de \u00ab connecter \u00bb avec des employ\u00e9es consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme \u00ab mod\u00e8les \u00bb et qui partagent leurs exp\u00e9riences en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement personnel et les encouragent \u00e0 se concentrer sur leurs forces individuelles et leur propre style de leadership. Nous adressons \u00e9galement ouvertement la question relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement d\u2019une vie personnelle dans une contexte professionnel \u00ab prenant \u00bb, soulignant les flexibilit\u00e9s offertes en mati\u00e8res d\u2019organisation du travail. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Actiris encourage les entreprises \u00e0 adopter de telles pratiques. Pour les aider \u00e0 les imaginer et \u00e0 les mettre en place, les consultants du Service Diversit\u00e9 d\u2019Actiris accompagnent gratuitement les entreprises bruxelloises qui veulent \u00e9tablir un plan de diversit\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire lancer des actions concr\u00e8tes dans la gestion des ressources humaines du recrutement \u00e0 la gestion des travailleurs ainsi que dans leur communication interne et externe.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une aide de 10.000 euros<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Actiris peut financer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50% du co\u00fbt total des actions pr\u00e9vues dans le plan de diversit\u00e9 pour un montant de 10 000 euros maximum. Au terme de deux ans, la mise en \u0153uvre du plan diversit\u00e9 fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9valuation.
