Fevia, la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire belge, a organis\u00e9, en collaboration avec les syndicats, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sur ce sujet. Plusieurs entreprises alimentaires y ont t\u00e9moign\u00e9 sur la mani\u00e8re dont elles ont mis en place des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour arriver \u00e0 un travail faisable et maniable.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Bien s\u2019entendre avec ses collaborateurs est une priorit\u00e9 pour nos entreprises. Ce n&rsquo;est pas parce que ce sujet est \u00e0 l\u2019agenda politique, qu&rsquo;il est tout \u00e0 coup devenu une pr\u00e9occupation pour notre secteur. Fevia s&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9e, avec les syndicats, dans l&rsquo;accord sectoriel 2015-2016, \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 la disposition des entreprises, des outils pour un travail faisable notamment via le Fonds de formation Alimento. Et nos entreprises misaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur le travail faisable alors que ce terme n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas encore populaire \u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jean Eylenbosch, Pr\u00e9sident de Fevia.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une gestion diff\u00e9rente de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rim entre autres&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un large \u00e9ventail de mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement organis\u00e9 par Fevia, allant de l\u2019accueil des nouveaux travailleurs \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement appropri\u00e9 des travailleurs int\u00e9rimaires, au d\u00e9veloppement de formules de parrainage ainsi qu\u2019au travail autour de l\u2019ergonomie. Le livre <em>&lsquo;Travail faisable. T\u00e9moignages pour les entreprises alimentaires&rsquo;<\/em> rassemble tous ces t\u00e9moignages et donne \u00e9galement un regard sur la mani\u00e8re dont les entreprises alimentaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res abordent ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Le fil rouge \u00e0 travers tous les t\u00e9moignages est que seules les mesures adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise sont couronn\u00e9es de succ\u00e8s. Il n\u2019existe ainsi pas 1 seul outil qui peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 tous. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 le choix des partenaires sociaux du secteur alimentaire de mettre ce sujet \u00e0 l\u2019agenda de l&rsquo;entreprise.
