Un concept innovant qui s\u2019 s\u2019appuie sur trois axes : la mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, les comp\u00e9tences pratiques et le partenariat.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Op\u00e9rateurs de production, \u00e9lectriciens, \u00e9lectroniciens, m\u00e9caniciens, \u2026 tous ces profils techniques figurent depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es sur les listes des fonctions critiques. La f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de l\u2019industrie technologique estime \u00e0 30.000 le nombre de postes vacants difficiles \u00e0 pourvoir en Belgique dans les domaines techniques et num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c Si les profils techniques n\u2019existent pas, il faut les cr\u00e9er\u201d<\/em>, explique Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup. <em>\u201cCe nouveau projet de la Technical Academy nous permet de renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers techniques et de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 de nos candidats, en leur offrant un tremplin vers l\u2019emploi. Au c\u0153ur du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, notre r\u00f4le consiste \u00e0 mettre en place une dynamique positive qui motive le candidat \u00e0 prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 de son parcours de formation. Dans un march\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par les p\u00e9nuries, les entreprises doivent aussi accepter que les candidats ne soient pas op\u00e9rationnels \u00e0 100% d\u00e8s le premier jour. Elles ont aussi un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de notre main d\u2019\u0153uvre technique.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9velopper cette nouvelle solution, Manpower a voulu rapprocher au maximum le trajet de formation et de mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, en mettant la priorit\u00e9 sur l\u2019acquisition de comp\u00e9tences pratiques.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u2022 Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape :<\/strong><\/em> une s\u00e9lection rigoureuse des candidats et une analyse approfondie de leur motivation et de leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage. Parall\u00e8lement, la recherche d\u2019entreprises \u00e0 l\u2019aff\u00fbt de profils techniques et pr\u00eates \u00e0 int\u00e9grer des nouveaux collaborateurs au terme du trajet de formation.<br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2022 Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong><\/em> une formation th\u00e9orique via un syst\u00e8me d\u2019e-learning ponctu\u00e9e par une validation des comp\u00e9tences.<br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2022 Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong><\/em> une formation pratique de 3 semaines dans un groupe de 8 personnes, sous l\u2019encadrement d\u2019un formateur sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019unit\u00e9 mobile de Manpower. Cette structure reproduit des situations r\u00e9elles de travail.<br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2022 Quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<\/strong><\/em> une mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi sous contrat int\u00e9rimaire ou fixe, sous la supervision d\u2019un coach au sein de l\u2019entreprise cliente afin de faciliter l\u2019int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Tremplin vers l\u2019emploi.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau projet de formation de Manpower s\u2019inspire de la m\u00e9thodologie suivie par la Manpower Logistics Academy. Plus qu\u2019une formation, l\u2019objectif est de mener des candidats motiv\u00e9s \u00e0 un nouvel emploi. En 10 ans, pour pallier les p\u00e9nuries de talents dans le secteur logistique, cette acad\u00e9mie\u00a0a form\u00e9 plus de 10.000 candidats, principalement des conducteurs de chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateur. Avec un taux de mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi de pr\u00e8s de 70% au terme de la formation. La m\u00eame approche a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie pour la Technical Academy avec au d\u00e9part un screening approfondi du potentiel et de la \u2018capacit\u00e9 et la motivation \u00e0 apprendre\u2019 (la \u2018learnability\u2019) afin d\u2019optimiser les chances que le candidat arrive au terme du projet de formation. Lors de cette phase de s\u00e9lection, Manpower utilise son nouveau test \u2018Learnability Quotient\u2019 qui identifie le profil d\u2019apprentissage des individus et les sensibilise aux enjeux de la formation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>E-learning et Unit\u00e9 Mobile.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En fonction des demandes des clients et des opportunit\u00e9s, Manpower organisera des formations localement via sa nouvelle \u2018unit\u00e9 de formation mobile\u2019, qui permet de mettre sur pied des formations techniques de fa\u00e7on flexible et r\u00e9ussir la transition entre th\u00e9orie, pratique et emploi. Dans un premier temps, le focus porte\u00a0sur la fonction d\u2019op\u00e9rateurs techniques. Pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la formation pratique, le candidat s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 doit d\u2019abord satisfaire \u00e0 un test de connaissances couvrant diff\u00e9rents domaines abord\u00e9s lors de la th\u00e9orie suivie en e-learning (\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, m\u00e9canique, pneumatique). L\u2019unit\u00e9 mobile reproduit des situations r\u00e9elles de travail. Au terme du trajet de formation, les candidats sont capables d\u2019accomplir de fa\u00e7on autonome les principales t\u00e2ches en support d\u2019une ligne de production : d\u00e9marrage de la ligne de production sur base de proc\u00e9dures \u00e9crites, mise en \u0153uvre des actions permettant de garantir la continuit\u00e9 de la ligne, suivi des proc\u00e9dures de qualit\u00e9 et de contr\u00f4les, r\u00e9solutions de probl\u00e8mes, op\u00e9rations d\u2019entretien, suivi ces proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019offre de formation de la Technical Academy englobe \u00e9galement des solutions permettant aux entreprises de d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences de leur personnel technique (skilling, upskilling, reskilling). L\u2019objectif est d\u2019offrir un maximum de flexibilit\u00e9 afin de pouvoir mettre sur pied des trajets de formation incluant des certifications sp\u00e9cifiques (BA4\/BA5, PLC, VCA). En fonction, des demandes, Manpower pourra mettre en place des parcours de formation sp\u00e9cifique dans les domaines de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique ou de la maintenance.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Premiers r\u00e9sultats encourageants.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>En 2017, le projet pilote a permis de former 20 candidats avec un taux de mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi de 70%. La derni\u00e8re formation men\u00e9e en novembre dernier a permis de mettre 6 personnes sur 7 au travail. En 2018, l&rsquo;objectif consiste \u00e0\u00a0organiser une dizaine de sessions dans les diff\u00e9rentes provinces du pays pour un total de 100 candidats sur les trois r\u00e9gions du pays.
