Selon le dernier rapport de Federgon, le chiffre d\u2019affaires des cabinets RSS a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse de pas moins de 19,3 % au quatri\u00e8me trimestre.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Le secteur RSS continue \u00e0 profiter de la bonne conjoncture et de l\u2019augmentation de la demande de collaborateurs capables de faire la diff\u00e9rence \u00bb<\/em>, confirme Ann Cattelain, coordinatrice du secteur Recruitment, Search &amp; Selection chez Federgon. \u00ab<em> Les solutions offertes par les cabinets RSS sur un march\u00e9 du travail o\u00f9 les talents se rar\u00e9fient de plus en plus constituent une valeur ajout\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les entreprises clientes. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il ressort d\u2019ailleurs d\u2019une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9cente r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Federgon aupr\u00e8s de ses membres actifs dans le recrutement, la recherche et la s\u00e9lection de personnel que la p\u00e9nurie sur le march\u00e9 du travail place le secteur RSS devant de v\u00e9ritables d\u00e9fis. Cette enqu\u00eate montre que les cabinets RSS ont de plus en plus recours aux nouvelles technologies et aux outils digitaux pour d\u00e9tecter les talents appropri\u00e9s. <em>\u00ab Les cabinets de s\u00e9lection indiquent en outre que les entreprises sont encore trop souvent \u00e0 la recherche de l\u2019oiseau rare.
