Raison pour laquelle les organisations patronales et les services concern\u00e9s ont sign\u00e9 une charte fond\u00e9e sur le respect mutuel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des entreprises de Belgique (FEB) a sign\u00e9 la Charte qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue entre les organisations patronales et les services d&rsquo;inspection sociale. Cette charte a pour objectif de contribuer au bon d\u00e9roulement des contr\u00f4les sur le terrain, qui doivent pouvoir s\u2019effectuer dans une atmosph\u00e8re sereine de respect mutuel.<\/p>\n<p>La charte insiste par ailleurs sur le r\u00f4le qui incombe \u00e0 l\u2019inspection sociale de pr\u00e9venir, d\u2019informer et d\u2019accompagner les employeurs sur le terrain afin de respecter la l\u00e9gislation sociale sans cesse plus complexe, ainsi que sur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre les entreprises lors des contr\u00f4les.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les entreprises belges, cela est clairement une bonne chose. S\u2019agissant du respect de la l\u00e9gislation sociale, trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont, selon la FEB, d\u2019une importance cruciale : une l\u00e9gislation transparente, une concurrence loyale entre les entreprises et des contr\u00f4les bien cibl\u00e9s par les services d&rsquo;inspection. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Un contr\u00f4le cibl\u00e9 et coordonn\u00e9 garantit un bon respect des r\u00e8gles et moins de fraude, celle-ci engendrant une concurrence d\u00e9loyale et des pertes consid\u00e9rables pour les pouvoirs publics en termes de cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, ce qui d\u00e9bouche \u00e0 son tour sur des charges plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour ceux qui travaillent correctement\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> affirme Pieter Timmermans.<\/p>\n<p>Les parties signataires de la charte reconnaissent le r\u00f4le important jou\u00e9 par les inspections sociales dans un \u00c9tat de droit, et ce, afin d&rsquo;assurer une concurrence loyale entre les entreprises. , conclut\u00a0la FEB.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nombre d&rsquo;entreprises se plaignent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de relations difficiles avec les services de contr\u00f4le en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;inspection sociale.
