Cette enqu\u00eate, publi\u00e9e annuellement, donne un aper\u00e7u du march\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution salariale \u00e0 travers le monde. La Belgique devrait continuer \u00e0 conna\u00eetre des perspectives positives en 2015. Cons\u00e9quence imm\u00e9diate: la comp\u00e9tition sera f\u00e9roce pour les meilleurs candidats. <\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00bb Pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis 5 \u00e0 6 ans, nous avons pu constater que les entreprises offrent des primes \u00e0 la signature, et les salaires ont connu une hausse de 10 \u00e0 15% pour ceux qui ont chang\u00e9 d\u2019emploi. \u00ab\u00a0<\/em> rel\u00e8ve la direction du prestataire RH. <em>\u00a0\u00bb En vue de recruter et de retenir les professionnels qui leur sont indispensables, nous recommandons aux entreprises belges de se montrer flexibles  dans leur approche. S\u2019ils souhaitent attirer les meilleurs candidats, les recruteurs devront r\u00e9agir rapidement en offrant des packages salariaux comp\u00e9titifs. L\u2019offre d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre entre travail et vie priv\u00e9e, le travail \u00e0 distance ainsi que des possibilit\u00e9s de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement constitueront \u00e9galement d&rsquo;excellents atouts de r\u00e9tention pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Focus sur quelques secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Secteur bancaire et financier : <em>\u00a0\u00bb Gr\u00e2ce au retour d\u2019actifs en Belgique, nous avons pu observer une forte demande pour le front-office, notamment en gestion d\u2019actifs et private banking. En 2015, nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce que la transformation ainsi que les exigences r\u00e9glementaires restent les principaux vecteurs de recrutement. Les candidats avec de tels profils sont de fait tr\u00e8s bien plac\u00e9s pour n\u00e9gocier des salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s en 2015 \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ressources Humaines : <em>\u00a0\u00bb En 2014, nous avons pu observer une demande plus importante de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes que de sp\u00e9cialistes. Nous pr\u00e9voyons que les entreprises vont mettre davantage l&rsquo;accent sur la planification et la strat\u00e9gie. Celles-ci vont \u00e9galement renforcer leur politique de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re dans l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. Pendant que la situation \u00e9conomique s\u2019am\u00e9liore et que la confiance des candidats grandit, retenir ces candidats restera une priorit\u00e9 cl\u00e9 pour les entreprises. \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Interim Management : <em>\u00a0\u00bb Les professionnels ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la reprise \u00e9conomique en recherchant une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 dans leur travail et de nouveaux d\u00e9veloppements de carri\u00e8re. Nous avons observ\u00e9 une augmentation marqu\u00e9e de professionnels passant de fonctions permanentes aux missions d\u2019interim management, en particulier en IT, RH, gestion de projet et de programme. En 2015, les entreprises vont profiter de la reprise de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur croissance, les gestionnaires de projets ayant une formation technique seront tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9s. Nous nous attendons \u00e0 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation du taux journalier, en particulier pour les int\u00e9rim managers RH qui sont les plus demand\u00e9s. \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Engineering &#038; Supply Chain : <em>\u00a0\u00bb Des changements r\u00e9glementaires ont conduit \u00e0 un besoin accru de professionnels en QSHE en 2014. Ces derniers sont susceptibles de rester tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9s en 2015. Les entreprises sont de plus en plus \u00e0 la recherche de sp\u00e9cialistes ayant un sens aigu des affaires coupl\u00e9 avec un solide bagage technique. Ces professionnels pourront facilement n\u00e9gocier une augmentation de salaire.
