Cette ann\u00e9e, EASI s\u2019est d\u00e9marqu\u00e9e par les efforts mis en place pour son d\u00e9veloppement en Flandre.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>2017 fut marqu\u00e9e par le challenge flamand et par un test sur les valeurs fondatrices de l&rsquo;entreprise : les collaborateurs n\u00e9erlandophones, bas\u00e9s \u00e0 Leuven et Gand, ont marqu\u00e9 leur int\u00e9r\u00eat pour une prise de participation au sein de EASI.<br \/>\nCe mod\u00e8le d\u2019entreprise participative est d\u00e9sormais repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de chaque partie du pays de fa\u00e7on \u00e9quitable. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ces partners-collaborateurs sont de v\u00e9ritables locomotives pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Le fait qu\u2019il y ait une majorit\u00e9 de n\u00e9erlandophones dans les nouveaux actionnaires 2017 d\u00e9montre notre priorit\u00e9 pour cette ann\u00e9e: booster EASI Vlaanderen et attirer les talents du nord du pays\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Laurent Delime, HR Manager. Dans la lign\u00e9e de cette politique de croissance, EASI a acquis en 2017 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 gantoise INTO IT, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en IT Security.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le secret ? Dire\u00a0merci.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notre r\u00e9ussite financi\u00e8re n\u2019est pas un objectif, c\u2019est une cons\u00e9quence de notre philosophie de management. Car si EASI grandit, nous restons fid\u00e8les aux valeurs fondatrices. La notion de reconnaissance est au c\u0153ur des pr\u00e9occupations du management. Via la possibilit\u00e9 de devenir Partner une fois qu\u2019un collaborateur atteint deux ann\u00e9es d\u2019anciennet\u00e9, mais pas uniquement.<br \/>\nSalvatore Curaba, CEO et fondateur : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous consacrons une journ\u00e9e compl\u00e8te fin juin \u00e0 dire MERCI. Cela attire l\u2019attention de la presse et nous esp\u00e9rons de la sorte inspirer d\u2019autres entreprises \u00e0 pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 cette valeur. Toutefois, pour se sentir heureux dans son travail, la reconnaissance doit se ressentir au quotidien. C\u2019est le secret d\u2019un environnement professionnel serein\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0EASI n\u2019est plus ma soci\u00e9t\u00e9. C\u2019est notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Le nombre de collaborateurs actionnaires est pass\u00e9 de 4 \u00e0 41 en 19 ans. 25% des collaborateurs sont partners EASI\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise Salvatore Curaba.
