Les votes sont cl\u00f4tur\u00e9s depuis minuit. Nous saurons ce jeudi soir qui seront les HR Manager of the Year\u00a9, HR Team of the Year\u00a9 et Young HR Talent of the Year\u00a9.<\/p>\n

Les candidats retenus cette ann\u00e9e ont notamment permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence l’int\u00e9gration \u00e9vidente de la dimension Business au coeur m\u00eame de la fonction RH. Il ne s’agit plus d\u00e9sormais de ‘soutenir’ le business mais bien de le repenser et de mettre l’organisation en phase avec l’\u00e9volution de ses march\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Au terme du processus d\u2019\u00e9lection men\u00e9 par l\u2019ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 professionnelle, les laur\u00e9ats ont eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019exposer leurs projets et r\u00e9alisations aupr\u00e8s du plus grand nombre.
\nF\u00e9licitations \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 Cindy Gorissen (CHRO – JBC), Philippe Bertin (CHRO – Prayon), Sabine Gekiere (HR Director – McDonald’s Belgium), aux \u00e9quipes RH de Multipharma et de TNT Express, ainsi qu’\u00e0 Klaar De Rydt (HR Manager – Gunvor Petroleum) et Johan Melort (Head of Comp&Ben and HR Op\u00e9rations – Besix).<\/p>\n

Cette 29\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la HRM Night nous donnera \u00e9galement l’opportunit\u00e9 d’assister \u00e0 l\u2019attribution du Learning Award by Epsilon, du R\u00e9f\u00e9rences Talent Acquisition Award et du Proximus People Innovation Award.<\/p>\n
