Jeunes, travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s, personnes avec un handicap, r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s,\u2026 Comment rapprocher ces talents des entreprises et du monde travail? Les partenariats priv\u00e9\/public sont indispensables. Les efforts visant \u00e0 d\u00e9passer les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues aussi !\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En lan\u00e7ant le projet STEP, Manpower, Groep Intro, Web vzw en Compaan vzw unissent leurs forces pour construire un march\u00e9 du travail plus inclusif en stimulant des strat\u00e9gies de recrutement innovantes. A Bruxelles et en Wallonie \u00e9galement, Manpower a \u00e9tabli des partenariats avec Actiris et le Forem ainsi qu\u2019avec le monde associatif afin d\u2019accompagner ces publics fragilis\u00e9s vers l\u2019emploi. Avec une conviction, chaque partie doit faire un pas vers l\u2019autre, le \u2018talent inconnu\u2019 mais aussi et surtout l\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un r\u00e9servoir de talents inconnus et sous-utilis\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De quoi est compos\u00e9 ce r\u00e9servoir de talents ? Les demandeurs d\u2019emploi mais \u00e9galement un groupe important de personnes \u00e9loign\u00e9es de l\u2019emploi en raison de leur situation personnelle. Il peut s\u2019agir de travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s, de femmes seules, de jeunes sans qualification, de personnes avec un handicap, de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s etc. Cette distance par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019emploi trouve son origine dans des causes objectives (comp\u00e9tences et formation) mais surtout subjectives, en raison des nombreux pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et repr\u00e9sentations dont souffrent ces diff\u00e9rents groupes.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNous r\u00e9alisons que le travail repr\u00e9sente bien plus que l\u2019argent et les revenus qu\u2019il procure \u00e0 ceux qui l\u2019accomplissent\u201d<\/em>, explique Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup BeLux. <em>\u201cCelui qui travaille est inclu dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et participe \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 du corps social. Celui qui travaille est reconnu pour ses qualit\u00e9s. Avec ce projet de mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi unique en partenariat avec Groep Intro vzw , Web vzw en Compaan vzw nous voulons faire tomber des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et encourager les employeurs \u00e0 entrer en contact avec ces talents \u2018inconnus\u2019. Nous voulons ainsi les convaincre de la valeur d\u2019un march\u00e9 du travail inclusif. Il y a urgence, car la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique risque d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la dualisation du march\u00e9 du travail avec un foss\u00e9 grandissant entre les personnes \u2018qui travaillent\u2019 et celles qui \u2018pourraient travailler\u2019. \u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Partenariat et coaching<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inclusion sur le march\u00e9 du travail est la priorit\u00e9. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, Groep Intro, Web vzw en Compaan disposent d\u2019un potentiel important de demandeurs d\u2019emploi qu\u2019ils accompagnent de fa\u00e7on personnalis\u00e9e. De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, Manpower dispose d\u2019un potentiel important de clients \u00e0 la recherche de profils dans dans de nombreux. Rapprocher cette offre et cette demande de comp\u00e9tences s\u2019impose donc comme une \u00e9vidence.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019originalit\u00e9 du projet tient dans la valeur ajout\u00e9e apport\u00e9e par les diff\u00e9rents partenaires. Lors de leurs missions d\u2019int\u00e9rim, les demandeurs d\u2019emploi du projet STEP re\u00e7oivent un coaching sp\u00e9cifique leur permettant de mieux s\u2019int\u00e9grer sur le march\u00e9 du travail et de franchir les \u00e9tapes vers un emploi durable. Les diff\u00e9rents partenaires partagent leur expertise afin que davantage de postes vacants puissent \u00eatre remplis par ces \u2018talents inconnus\u2019. De cette mani\u00e8re, de nombreux employeurs pourront d\u00e9couvrir comment l\u2019inclusion peut \u00eatre porteuse de valeur ajout\u00e9e au niveau social, tout en rencontrant leurs objectifs \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n<p>A Bruxelles et en Wallonie, Manpower s\u2019est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9 vers les publics \u00e9loign\u00e9s de l\u2019emploi dans le cadre d\u2019appel \u00e0 projets d\u2019Actiris et du Forem. De nombreuses collaborations ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place \u00e9galement avec le monde associatif afin de favoriser l\u2019insertion de demandeurs d\u2019emploi issus de diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s, de jeunes ou de personne. Les probl\u00e9matiques sont nombreuses et diverses : manque de comp\u00e9tences ; manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience ; d\u00e9calage entre l\u2019orientation professionnelle et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du travail ; les attitudes professionnelles\u2026Pour y r\u00e9pondre, notre \u00e9quipe compos\u00e9es de coachs et de formateurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s intervient de fa\u00e7on individuelle ou lors workshops.<\/p>\n<p>Vicky Coryn, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Groep Intro vzw : <em>\u201c Notre exp\u00e9rience montre que clients qui se sont engag\u00e9s sur le chemin de l\u2019inclusion ont souvent un point commun. Ils r\u00e9alisent que la distance qui s\u00e9pare du travail ne peut \u00eatre couverte par le seul demandeur d\u2019emploi, mais que l\u2019employeur doit \u00e9galement faire un bout du chemin.
