









{"id":5844,"date":"2018-04-05T15:45:07","date_gmt":"2018-04-05T13:45:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=5844"},"modified":"2018-04-05T15:45:07","modified_gmt":"2018-04-05T13:45:07","slug":"souffrance-travail-train-de-remporter-partie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/souffrance-travail-train-de-remporter-partie\/","title":{"rendered":"Pourquoi la souffrance au travail est-elle en train de remporter la partie?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rien n\u2019est d\u00e9finitivement perdu, mais\u2026 il nous semble qu\u2019il est temps de prendre un peu de recul quant au moral des troupes !<br \/>\nLe d\u00e9bat entre le bien-\u00eatre et la souffrance au travail, c\u2019est la m\u00eame histoire que celle qui pr\u00e9side \u00e0 l\u2019affrontement entre l\u2019amour et la haine, entre le bien et le mal\u2026 Un combat permanent, un d\u00e9bat r\u00e9current, une dialectique qui tombe facilement dans l\u2019\u00e9motion.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, nous pouvons constater ensemble que la rupture entre la majorit\u00e9 de la population et le travail est en train de se consommer. Si nous prenons un peu de hauteur, nous devons observer que le secteur des soins de sant\u00e9, dans sa majorit\u00e9, est en situation de profonde d\u00e9tresse, que les services publics sont globalement \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat faute de moyens disponibles, que de nombreux secteurs \u2013 la grande distribution par exemple \u2013 se demandent \u00e0 quelle sauce num\u00e9rique\/robotique ils vont \u00eatre mang\u00e9s\u2026 Et ce ne sont que quelques exemples.<\/p>\n<p>Cons\u00e9quence n\u00b01 : la gestion du bien-\u00eatre de l\u2019individu se recentre sur la sph\u00e8re personnelle. Les entreprises se d\u00e9sengagent aussi vite qu\u2019elles se sont lanc\u00e9es dans la recherche de l\u2019\u00e9panouissement pour revenir sur les th\u00e9matiques de responsabilit\u00e9, d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019employabilit\u00e9 ou encore d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences collaboratives. Bref, l\u2019entreprise conseille \u00e0 ses travailleurs de veiller \u00e0 \u00eatre de bons \u00e9l\u00e9ments tout en leur rappelant qu\u2019il serait opportun de privil\u00e9gier une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie personnelle, \u00e0 titre priv\u00e9 (En clair\u2026 \u2018\u2019ton bien-\u00eatre, c\u2019est ton probl\u00e8me\u2019\u2019\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Cons\u00e9quence n\u00b02 : la perception g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la sph\u00e8re professionnelle est n\u00e9gative, m\u00eame si de nombreuses situations s\u2019am\u00e9liorent sur le terrain gr\u00e2ce entre autres \u00e0 une r\u00e9elle transformation qualitative de l\u2019environnement de travail ou encore \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence \u2013 certes disparate \u2013 de leaders innovants qui parviennent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des bulles de bien-\u00eatre voire de bonheur dans leurs entreprises.<br \/>\nEssayons de comprendre pour quelles raisons \u2013 et la liste ne sera certainement pas exhaustive &#8211; la souffrance a-t-elle donc (re-)pris le dessus ?<\/p>\n<p>En tout premier lieu, l\u2019investissement en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre au travail requiert un leadership tr\u00e8s fort, une coh\u00e9rence absolue dans l\u2019espace et dans le temps. Il ne s\u2019\u00e9value d\u2019ailleurs que dans la dur\u00e9e. Et nos organisations souffrent d\u00e9finitivement d\u2019une trop grande rotation au niveau manag\u00e9rial. Comment entreprendre une transformation longue de culture et de philosophie de travail avec de telles all\u00e9es et venues au sein de nos comit\u00e9s de direction. D\u2019autant que celles et ceux qui restent en place ne sont pas toujours les meilleurs, loin de l\u00e0\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il nous semble que nous avons jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent rat\u00e9 une opportunit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de concertation sociale. Les initiatives dans le domaine du bien-\u00eatre de nos collaborateurs manquent souvent de coh\u00e9sion interne. Les entreprises qui se sont lanc\u00e9es dans un vrai projet d\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel et collectif ont eu tendance \u00e0 rel\u00e9guer la concertation sociale au second rang. Pourtant il n\u2019y a pas de meilleur sujet pour r\u00e9ussir l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 et l\u2019union des forces vives\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Enfin l\u2019\u00e9volution de la technologie qui s\u2019installe dans la sph\u00e8re professionnelle n\u2019est que rarement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e. Elle ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re pas forc\u00e9ment de l\u2019inconfort. Par contre, elle creuse le sillon de l\u2019incertitude, elle d\u00e9stabilise, elle inqui\u00e8te\u2026 Et l\u2019absence de r\u00e9ponse \u2018formelle\u2019 est difficile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer pour les travailleurs. Il reste, quoi qu\u2019on en dise, difficile d\u2019avancer sereinement sans perspective \u00e9tablie.<\/p>\n<p>Le tableau est loin d\u2019\u00eatre idyllique.
