Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la Formation Professionnelle Individuelle en Entreprise (FPI en entreprise) vous pouvez d\u00e9sormais embaucher un collaborateur et ce sans avoir \u00e0 payer ni salaire, ni ONSS, ni charges patronales. Dans le cas o\u00f9 cette personne habite \u00e0 Bruxelles, vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez d\u2019un r\u00e9el avantage fiscal !<!--more--><br \/>\nAucun salaire, vraiment ?\u00a0En tant qu\u2019employeur, votre participation se limite uniquement \u00e0 verser une prime de productivit\u00e9 \u00e0 votre nouveau collaborateur. Vous ne payez pas l\u2019ONSS sur cette prime. Celle-ci \u00e9quivaut au salaire brut pour la fonction exerc\u00e9e auquel est soustraite l\u2019ONSS travailleur ainsi que les revenus r\u00e9els (CPAS, ch\u00f4mage) que per\u00e7oit le travailleur.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Un vrai win-win<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La FPI en entreprise vous permet de former vous-m\u00eame un nouveau collaborateur en fonction des besoins de votre entreprise et ce peu importe la fonction et sans restriction d\u2019\u00e2ge. La formation dure de 1 \u00e0 6 mois avec obligation d\u2019engager le travailleur pour une m\u00eame dur\u00e9e par la suite.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un avantage en plus \u00e0 Bruxelles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toute FPI en entreprise de 6 mois permet \u00e0 l\u2019employ\u00e9 qui a suivi la formation de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019activa.brussels. Pour rappel, l\u2019allocation activa.brussels permet \u00e0 un employeur de d\u00e9duire 15.900\u20ac du salaire de son employ\u00e9 et ce sur une p\u00e9riode de 30 mois.
