Face \u00e0 cette transformation digitale, les entreprises recherchent avant tout des comp\u00e9tences humaines (les soft skills) &#8230;qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent \u00eatre difficiles \u00e0 trouver.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Quel sera l\u2019impact de la digitalisation sur l\u2019emploi ? Quelles fonctions, quels secteurs, quelles comp\u00e9tences seront les plus concern\u00e9s ? Comment accompagner les individus dans cette transition et maintenir leur employabilit\u00e9 dans un monde qui se transforme \u00e0 un rythme sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent ? Ce sont les questions qu\u2019aborde l\u2019\u00e9tude \u2018R\u00e9volution des Comp\u00e9tences 2.0\u2019 de ManpowerGroup men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 20.000 employeurs, dans 42 pays, dont la Belgique. A contre-courant de certaines id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, les r\u00e9sultats indiquent clairement que le match \u2018homme-robot\u2019 n\u2019aura pas lieu.<\/p>\n<p>Premier enseignement majeur, la plupart des employeurs belges consid\u00e8rent que les possibilit\u00e9s offertes par les nouvelles technologies repr\u00e9senteront \u00e0 court terme un apport net pour l\u2019emploi. En effet, 25% des employeurs sond\u00e9s en Belgique affirment vouloir augmenter leurs effectifs au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es en raison de la transformation digitale, tandis que seulement 4% estiment que l\u2019automatisation entra\u00eenera des r\u00e9ductions d\u2019emploi dans leur entreprise. Pour 66% des employeurs sond\u00e9s, les nouvelles technologies n\u2019auront pas d\u2019impact sur la taille de leurs effectifs.<\/p>\n<p>On observe une tendance similaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale : 86% des 20.000 employeurs sond\u00e9s (91% en Belgique) affirment vouloir maintenir ou augmenter leurs effectifs en raison de l\u2019automatisation. Sur les 42 pays sond\u00e9s, 34 recensent un plus grand nombre d\u2019entreprises qui estiment que les nouvelles technologies auront un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur l\u2019emploi. Les employeurs les plus optimistes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019automatisation sur l\u2019emploi se trouvent en Am\u00e9rique latine et aux Etats-Unis. A l\u2019oppos\u00e9, ce sont les entreprises d\u2019Europe de l\u2019Est, des pays scandinaves et de Hong Kong qui se montrent plus circonspectes face \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette nouvelle \u00e9tude de ManpowerGroup pose un constat sans \u00e9quivoque : la digitalisation n\u2019est pas syst\u00e9matiquement synonyme de r\u00e9duction d\u2019effectifs pour les entreprises, m\u00eame si l\u2019impact varie fortement selon les secteurs et les m\u00e9tiers\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup Belux. <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019automatisation peut devenir une bonne nouvelle pour l\u2019emploi au niveau macro-\u00e9conomique, mais pour qu\u2019elle le soit aussi pour les personnes au niveau individuel, il faudra qu\u2019elles acqui\u00e8rent les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour acc\u00e9der ou garder leur emploi dans un environnement o\u00f9 l\u2019homme et les robots devront apprendre \u00e0 coexister. Il est urgent de b\u00e2tir une culture d\u2019apprentissage o\u00f9 tous les acteurs \u2013 le monde \u00e9ducatif, les entreprises mais aussi les individus \u2013 devront investir massivement dans la formation et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un impact diff\u00e9rent selon les m\u00e9tiers<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il concerne tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9, l\u2019impact de la transformation digitale n\u2019est toutefois pas uniforme selon les fonctions. Parmi celles dans lesquelles les employeurs comptent le plus recruter, on trouve sans surprise l\u2019IT : 14% des employeurs au niveau mondial pensent augmenter leurs effectifs dans cette fonction, afin de poursuivre, voire d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur transformation digitale. La fonction relation client (front office) est \u00e9galement promise \u00e0 un bel avenir, notamment en raison de l\u2019e-commerce et de la virtualisation des contacts commerciaux : 15% des employeurs comptent embaucher dans ces m\u00e9tiers.<br \/>\nA l\u2019inverse, les fonctions administratives sont celles qui pr\u00e9voient les plus fortes r\u00e9ductions d\u2019effectifs (solde net de -7%, en raison de l\u2019automatisation des t\u00e2ches les plus routini\u00e8res, porteuses de moins de valeur ajout\u00e9e. Quant aux intentions les plus contrast\u00e9es (solde net de -5%), elles concernent la fonction fabrication-production : 24% des employeurs comptent augmenter leurs effectifs et 19% les r\u00e9duire. <em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est dans l\u2019industrie que devraient se poursuivre les plus grands bouleversements. Certaines comp\u00e9tences \u00e9mergent alors que d\u2019autres deviennent obsol\u00e8tes. La robotisation va red\u00e9finir les modes d\u2019organisation et les emplois\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute Philippe Lacroix.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le World Economic Forum, 35% des comp\u00e9tences seront obsol\u00e8tes d\u2019ici \u00e0 2020, tous m\u00e9tiers et secteurs confondus. \u00c0 grande \u00e9chelle, cette obsolescence acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e exige une plus grande capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir les comp\u00e9tences dont l\u2019entreprise aura besoin et \u00e0 accompagner les individus dans le changement et dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ces comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Priorit\u00e9s aux soft skills<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Loin d\u2019opposer homme et technologie, l\u2019enjeu aujourd\u2019hui consiste \u00e0 concilier au mieux les deux, afin de piloter efficacement la transformation en cours. C\u2019est pourquoi les entreprises recherchent d\u00e9sormais prioritairement des comp\u00e9tences \u2018humaines\u2019 : la communication, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, mais aussi l\u2019empathie ou la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 collaborer.<br \/>\nCe sont donc les soft skills qui deviennent centrales, puisque ce sont elles qui permettent de faire le meilleur usage des nouvelles technologies en combinant le savoir-\u00eatre et le savoir-faire technique et digital. En Belgique, les employeurs interrog\u00e9s privil\u00e9gient avant tout la collaboration (75%), la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes (64%), le service client (64%), l\u2019organisation (60%).
