C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une \u00e9tude &lsquo;Global Talent Trends&rsquo;, effectu\u00e9e par Mercer aupr\u00e8s de 7600 cadres \u00e0 travers le monde. Les employeurs ne savent pas comment mettre en oeuvre cette flexibilit\u00e9, tandis que les employ\u00e9s estiment qu\u2019elle pourrait avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur leurs perspectives de carri\u00e8re.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De par le monde, les employ\u00e9s souhaitent maintenir un \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, leurs employeurs \u00e9tant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de ces attentes. L\u2019enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Mercer aupr\u00e8s de 7600 cadres r\u00e9v\u00e8le ainsi que la grande majorit\u00e9 des personnes sond\u00e9es (80%) estime que la flexibilit\u00e9 au travail est l\u2019une des principales valeurs de leur entreprise. Ce chiffre ne s\u2019\u00e9levait qu\u2019\u00e0 49% l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des employeurs pour cette notion de travail flexible, c\u2019est sa concr\u00e9tisation qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le plus difficile. En effet, seulement 3% des employeurs affirment savoir comment g\u00e9rer cette \u00e9volution. Il en r\u00e9sulte un manque de conventions clairement \u00e9tablies, ce qui p\u00e9nalise les femmes et les travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s. Ces difficult\u00e9s peuvent mener \u00e0 de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme, un manque de motivation ou des situations de burn out.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui suscite l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude des employ\u00e9s avec la flexibilit\u00e9 du travail est l\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif que cette notion peut avoir sur leurs possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle. Ainsi, pas moins de 4 employ\u00e9s sur 10 craignent d\u2019avoir moins de chance de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une promotion.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sentiment doit \u00eatre davantage pris en compte par les employeurs. Si 39% des salari\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre satisfaits de leur emploi, ils avouent \u00eatre pr\u00eats \u00e0 d\u00e9missionner s\u2019ils ne disposent pas de suffisamment de perspectives de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Emprunter et partager les talents ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La demande de travail flexible est encore soulign\u00e9e par le fait qu&rsquo;environ 78% des employ\u00e9s envisagent de travailler en tant qu\u2019ind\u00e9pendants, pour des missions ponctuelles. Cet attrait des employ\u00e9s pour le statut de travailleur ind\u00e9pendant peut \u00eatre fortement influenc\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, par la fa\u00e7on dont les employeurs se livrent bataille pour d\u00e9nicher ces talents.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs doivent passer de la notion de talent \u00e0 disposition \u00e0 celle d\u2019emprunteur de talent. Une plate-forme de talents rend ces talents facilement accessibles et disponibles\u2026 \u00ab\u00a0<\/em> pr\u00e9dit Kate Bravery, Global Practices Leader Mercer\u2019s Career business. Une nouvelle vision \u00e0 laquelle 4 employeurs sur 10 adh\u00e8rent en 2018.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 fonction sur 5 menac\u00e9e de disparition<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Une autre cons\u00e9quence de l&rsquo;intensification de cette \u00ab guerre des talents \u00bb est que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des employeurs s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une diminution des fonctions existantes dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir : 1 position sur 5 devrait en effet dispara\u00eetre au sein de leurs entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>La reconversion des travailleurs s\u2019av\u00e8re donc cruciale pour la survie de l&rsquo;organisation. Pourtant, seulement 55% des responsables RH estiment que leurs employ\u00e9s sont capables de se reconvertir. Ils ne sont que 40% \u00e0 proposer des cours en ligne et encore moins (26%) effectuent des rotations au sein des effectifs de leur entreprise. La majorit\u00e9 des responsables des ressources humaines (65%) accorde une plus grande confiance au recrutement de candidats externes qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La dynamique du march\u00e9 du travail pousse les cadres \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier de nouvelles structures organisationnelles. Ainsi, pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux changements, un tiers des cadres choisit une structure organisationnelle plus plate. C\u2019est 10% de plus que l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Le 21e si\u00e8cle est num\u00e9rique, les entreprises ne le sont pas encore<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>En 2018, on estime \u00e0 15% le nombre d\u2019entreprises qui ont pass\u00e9 le cap du num\u00e9rique. Moins de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs estime disposer des outils num\u00e9riques n\u00e9cessaires, tandis que la majorit\u00e9 (65%) estime que cette condition est un pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de cette transition. En outre, seulement 4 employ\u00e9s sur 10 ont une interaction num\u00e9rique avec le d\u00e9partement des ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons observ\u00e9 un engouement marqu\u00e9 des cadres pour passer \u00e0 ce nouveau mode de travail.
