Concr\u00e8tement, il s&rsquo;agit de v\u00e9rifier qu&rsquo;ils ne pratiquent pas de discrimination \u00e0 l&#8217;embauche, en envoyant de faux CV ou en passant des appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques bidon.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;UCM, qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 auditionn\u00e9e sur le sujet, se r\u00e9jouit du rejet du texte. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Menacer de pi\u00e9ger les employeurs n&rsquo;est pas un moyen efficace pour promouvoir la diversit\u00e9 en entreprise. Le bon sens l&rsquo;a emport\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;effet de communication.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le but du projet de d\u00e9cret d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par plusieurs parlementaires wallons de l&rsquo;opposition \u00e9tait, comme \u00e0 Bruxelles depuis le 1er janvier, et au f\u00e9d\u00e9ral depuis ce 1er avril, de lutter contre les discriminations \u00e0 l&#8217;embauche par l&rsquo;envoi de faux CV ou des appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques sous une fausse identit\u00e9. L&rsquo;objectif est de contr\u00f4ler, \u00e0 leur insu, les r\u00e9ponses et r\u00e9actions des employeurs (et de leurs salari\u00e9s). Cette technique, proche de la provocation, est une pratique unique en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;UCM, c&rsquo;est une mauvaise approche du probl\u00e8me. Elle a pu exposer ses arguments aux parlementaires. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Faire usage de faux et de dissimulation dans une mati\u00e8re aussi complexe et sensible est dangereux. Le risque de subjectivit\u00e9 des contr\u00f4leurs est grand. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est lourd administrativement et juridiquement, pour un impact tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9, voire n\u00e9gatif. La discrimination est l&rsquo;exception dans les PME et les rares faits relev\u00e9s, d\u00e9j\u00e0 punissables, ne justifient pas une stigmatisation de l&rsquo;ensemble des employeurs. Enfin, un contr\u00f4le f\u00e9d\u00e9ral est possible sur l&rsquo;ensemble du territoire belge depuis le 1er avril sur base d&rsquo;indices s\u00e9rieux de discrimination. Rajouter une couche de l\u00e9gislation wallonne n&rsquo;est pas utile.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ces arguments ont port\u00e9 puisque les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de la majorit\u00e9 MR-CDH ont rejet\u00e9 le texte. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le bon sens l&rsquo;a emport\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9motion. Pour l&rsquo;UCM, \u00e9viter les discriminations \u00e0 l&#8217;embauche se fait par un travail de conviction.
