Visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une culture de planification et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, elle comporte un important volet RH. Regards crois\u00e9s avec Maxime Pr\u00e9vot et Jean-Marie Van Bol, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la Ville de Namur.<\/p>\n<h3>LA GRANDE INTERVIEW<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bruno Wierzbicki <em>(Inria)<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nAu pilotage des RH d&rsquo;Inria, organisme public fran\u00e7ais de recherche d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux sciences et technologies du num\u00e9rique, Bruno Wierzbicki est un DRH atypique. Ing\u00e9nieur de formation, il a \u00e9t\u00e9, dans sa premi\u00e8re vie professionnelle, pilote de chasse et officier dans l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e de l&rsquo;air.
