Le R\u00e8glement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la Protection des Donn\u00e9es (RGPD) entrera en vigueur dans tous les pays de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne, instaurant des restrictions dans l\u2019utilisation et le traitement des donn\u00e9es personnelles de leurs clients, prospects et salari\u00e9s. Bon nombre de pratiques courantes devront d\u00e9sormais faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un accord pr\u00e9alable des personnes concern\u00e9es.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Toutes les entreprises doivent anticiper et se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur du RGPD. Afin de sensibiliser \u00e0 nouveau nos organisations \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;agir, Sage a identifi\u00e9 10 actions courantes sur le lieu de travail qui devront faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 partir du 25 mai prochain.<\/p>\n<p>Les actions reprises ci dessous, parfois anecdotiques, sont bas\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;utilisation de donn\u00e9es consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme personnelles. Elles ne peuvent donc \u00eatre entreprises sans le consentement formel des travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>1. C\u00e9l\u00e9brer l&rsquo;anniversaire d&rsquo;un coll\u00e8gue<br \/>\n2. Envoyer des cartes de v\u0153ux professionnelles au domicile.<br \/>\n3. Partager les photos du b\u00e9b\u00e9 d&rsquo;un collaborateur<br \/>\n4. Ev\u00e8nements : g\u00e9rer les habitudes alimentaires pour passer commande au traiteur<br \/>\n5. Transf\u00e9rer le CV d&rsquo;un candidat pour un deuxi\u00e8me avis &#8211; celui-ci devrait \u00eatre totalement anonymis\u00e9.<br \/>\n6. Cocher la case d\u2019inscription \u00e0 une liste de diffusion.<br \/>\n7. Parler de politique au bureau<br \/>\n8. Signaler une absence pour cause de maladie<br \/>\n9. Auditer les donn\u00e9es &#8211; seul le DPO &#8211; D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es est habilit\u00e9).<br \/>\n10. G\u00e9rer en interne une atteinte \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es &#8211; la CPVP (Commission de la Protection de la Vie Priv\u00e9e) doit \u00eatre inform\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai de 72 heures.<\/p>\n<p>La liste n&rsquo;est certainement pas exhaustive.
