L&rsquo;objectif affich\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier les futurs et jeunes parents ainsi que leurs b\u00e9b\u00e9s d\u2019un bon d\u00e9part lors des 1000 premiers jours.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, par rapport au r\u00e9gime l\u00e9gal, les travailleurs belges peuvent d\u00e9sormais prendre 3 semaines suppl\u00e9mentaires de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 pay\u00e9, 2 semaines de cong\u00e9 pour le second parent enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 ou 10 semaines suppl\u00e9mentaires de cong\u00e9 d&rsquo;adoption.<\/p>\n<p>Danone souhaite permettre aux futurs et jeunes parents, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 leurs b\u00e9b\u00e9s, de prendre un bon d\u00e9part pendant les 1000 premiers jours. C\u2019est pourquoi Danone lance une politique parentale qui soutient les travailleurs, quel que soit leur genre ou leur orientation sexuelle, dans la r\u00e9alisation de leurs ambitions personnelles, familiales et professionnelles. L\u2019entreprise croit en effet que vouloir un enfant ou une famille n\u2019est pas incompatible avec une belle carri\u00e8re, et inversement.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les parents et leurs b\u00e9b\u00e9s, o\u00f9 qu\u2019ils soient, ont les m\u00eames besoins et les m\u00eames droits. La nouvelle politique parentale s\u2019applique \u00e0 tous les travailleurs Danone du monde entier, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un \u00e9norme pas en avant dans de nombreux pays. De plus, elle est \u00e9galement neutre en termes de genre.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les 3 piliers de la politique de soutien \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9 de Danone<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>1. Soutien pr\u00e9natal &#8211;<\/em>\u00a0Pour prot\u00e9ger les futures mamans et leur b\u00e9b\u00e9, les travailleurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de conditions de travail adapt\u00e9es, de cong\u00e9s pour les contr\u00f4les m\u00e9dicaux pr\u00e9nataux et de conseils nutritionnels.<\/p>\n<p><em>2. Cong\u00e9 parental \u00e9largi &#8211;<\/em>\u00a0Pour soutenir la diversit\u00e9, Danone dispose d\u2019un r\u00e9gime de cong\u00e9 neutre en termes de genre.\u00a0Concr\u00e8tement, les travailleurs Danone du monde entier b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de 18 semaines de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 pay\u00e9, de 2 semaines de cong\u00e9 de naissance pay\u00e9 pour le second parent et de 14 semaines de cong\u00e9 d\u2019adoption pay\u00e9.\u00a0Pour les travailleurs belges, par rapport au cadre l\u00e9gal, cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 3 semaines suppl\u00e9mentaires de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 pay\u00e9, 2 semaines de cong\u00e9 de naissance enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 pour le second parent et pas moins de 10 semaines suppl\u00e9mentaires de cong\u00e9 d\u2019adoption.<\/p>\n<p><em>3. Soutien postnatal &#8211;<\/em>\u00a0L&rsquo;allaitement maternel donne aux b\u00e9b\u00e9s le meilleur d\u00e9part possible. C\u2019est pourquoi Danone soutient les mamans qui allaitent en mettant \u00e0 disposition des locaux adapt\u00e9s pour les pauses allaitement dans les bureaux fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s par plus de 50 femmes. Des programmes sp\u00e9ciaux de retour au travail et des conditions de travail flexibles sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vus.<\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, la politique de soutien \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9 de Danone est mise en \u0153uvre en deux phases : le cong\u00e9 parental \u00e9largi est d\u2019application d\u00e8s ce 1er mai et les soutiens pr\u00e9- et postnataux seront impl\u00e9ment\u00e9s d\u2019ici fin 2018.
