Il comporte trois volets; l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 des entreprises de grands travaux, la confiance des dirigeants dans le futur ainsi qu&rsquo;un point sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des infrastructures et l&#8217;emploi dans le secteur. Nous y apprenons entre autres que pas moins d&rsquo;une entreprise sur 5 se d\u00e9clare en situation pr\u00e9occupante.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Si le printemps a vu fleurir de nombreux chantiers, la situation \u00e9conomique des entreprises belges de grands travaux ne s&rsquo;est pourtant pas am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. En effet, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0rattrapage\u00a0\u00bb des chantiers retard\u00e9s ou report\u00e9s durant les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. A l&rsquo;heure actuelle, 19% des entreprises d\u00e9clarent leur situation pr\u00e9occupante; un chiffre stable depuis l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Ces chiffres sont corr\u00e9l\u00e9s par les donn\u00e9es de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 des entreprises membres de l&rsquo;ADEB puisque 15% d&rsquo;entre elles ont enregistr\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 similaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et 11% d&rsquo;entre elles, une diminution de leur activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>9 patrons sur 10 confiants quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Par contre, 91% des dirigeants d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre confiants \u00e0 tr\u00e8s confiants dans les perspectives \u00e0 12 mois. La moiti\u00e9 des entreprises dont la situation est jug\u00e9e pr\u00e9occupante devrait donc voir sa situation s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer en 2018.<br \/>\nIls soulignent, toutefois, la probl\u00e9matique des soubresauts de l&rsquo;investissement public.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9, premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9occupation des dirigeants<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au centre des pr\u00e9occupations des directions de la construction, la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 (47%), suivie de la concurrence sur les prix (32%), la charge administrative (9%), le manque d&rsquo;investissements publics (6%), le dumping social et la concurrence d\u00e9loyale (4%) et la question de la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des entreprises (2%).<\/p>\n<p>En 2017, les entreprises ont engag\u00e9 692 personnes suppl\u00e9mentaires portant le nombre total d&#8217;emplois directs dans le secteur des grands travaux \u00e0 17.814 personnes; soit une augmentation de 3,9% (3,5% \u00e0 p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre constant, l\u2019organisation ayant accueilli de nouveaux membres).<\/p>\n<p>92% des entreprises d\u00e9sirent embaucher mais la majorit\u00e9 n&rsquo;y parviendra pas<br \/>\nDu c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&#8217;embauche, 92% des entreprises d\u00e9clarent vouloir engager en 2018, soit une augmentation de 11% par rapport \u00e0 2017. Toutefois, 2\/3 d&rsquo;entre-elles estiment qu&rsquo;elles ne trouveront pas les candidats qu&rsquo;elles recherchent. Un probl\u00e8me qui ne fait que cro\u00eetre, d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e. Les entrepreneurs estiment qu&rsquo;environ 10% des fonctions ne sont pas pourvues.<br \/>\nLa p\u00e9nurie concerne tant les ouvriers que les employ\u00e9s; tels que gestionnaires de chantier, ing\u00e9nieurs, techniciens, sp\u00e9cialistes BIM et num\u00e9rique ainsi que les ouvriers qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le secteur des grands travaux face aux d\u00e9fis de l&rsquo;\u00e8re num\u00e9rique<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Association a \u00e9galement interrog\u00e9 ses membres quant \u00e0 leurs mani\u00e8res d&rsquo;envisager l&rsquo;avenir. Les principaux d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever sont: l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la technologie (BIM, IoT, impression 3D, dr\u00f4ne, senseurs,..) pour 42% d&rsquo;entre-eux, la difficult\u00e9 de trouver le personnel qualifi\u00e9 pour 31%, la disparition des savoir-faire pour 12,5%, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du secteur pour 10% et le dumping social pour 4%.<br \/>\nAfin de pr\u00e9parer au mieux l&rsquo;avenir, les entreprises optent pour une transformation profonde de leur organisation (38%), la formation du (futur) personnel (34%), la n\u00e9cessaire adaptation du cadre l\u00e9gal et fiscal (13%), la mutualisation des ressources (11%) et la consolidation du secteur (3%).<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ce monde qui \u00e9volue de plus en plus vite, les dirigeants soulignent l&rsquo;importance du d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences douces (soft skills), d\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, comme la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation (32%), la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 (24%), la collaboration (22%) et la communication (22%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Favoriser la formation en alternance<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est indispensable que les \u00e9coles et universit\u00e9s forment les \u00e9l\u00e8ves aux comp\u00e9tences dont le pays et le secteur ont besoin. L&rsquo;ADEB encourage vivement la formation en alternance tant pour les m\u00e9tiers manuels qu&rsquo;intellectuels ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de fili\u00e8res techniques int\u00e9grant le num\u00e9rique.<br \/>\nFace \u00e0 ces constats, l&rsquo;ADEB lance un appel \u00e0 tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en alternance et candidats-stagiaires: les entreprises de grands travaux accueillent tous les \u00e9tudiants qui d\u00e9sirent rendre concr\u00e8te leur formation concr\u00e8te et d\u00e9couvrir un secteur en pleine mutation (pour une dur\u00e9e minimale de 3 mois).
