Le certificat universtaire \u00e9labor\u00e9 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Li\u00e8ge vise \u00e0 mieux pr\u00e9parer les professionnels RH et l\u2019ensemble des managers face \u00e0 des changements souvent lourds de cons\u00e9quence pour leurs collaborateurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re question qui nous revient de ces entreprises porte sur les finalit\u00e9s de ces changements et la fa\u00e7on de les choisir en en ayant analys\u00e9 les impacts potentiels (dont humains).<\/p>\n<p>Un second type de question porte sur les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour mener ces changements et les points d\u2019attention, entre autres relationnels (communication, leadership,\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la responsabilit\u00e9 des prises de d\u00e9cisions dans ces contextes de changement est telle que les situations peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme stressantes. Il est donc important de trouver les moyens de se ressourcer mentalement.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation, sur les nouveaux modes d\u2019organisation du travail, vise \u00e0 apporter une r\u00e9flexion et \u00e0 outiller les participants pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions et proposer une mise en action critique dans leur propre entreprise.
