Les g\u00e9ants du secteur (Carrefour), et bien d\u2019autres entreprises (Mestdagh), sont contraints de se r\u00e9organiser et de sacrifier des emplois. Fatalit\u00e9 ou d\u00e9faut de pr\u00e9voyance ? Trop tard dans tous les cas\u2026 m\u00eame si nous avons parfaitement conscience que cela n\u2019apaise en rien les tourments des personnes concern\u00e9es au premier rang.\u00a0Ne serait-il pas temps de poser la question du r\u00f4le manag\u00e9rial dans la transformation digitale dont celui \u00e0 jouer en mati\u00e8re de People Management ?\u00a0Partageons ces quelques 5 constats et suggestions.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>1. La transformation digitale est le fruit de l\u2019\u00e9mergence de l\u2019\u00e9conomie collaborative (horizontale). Au cas o\u00f9 certains s\u2019interrogeraient encore, <strong><em>la digitalisation ne tombe pas du ciel.<\/em><\/strong> Et elle n\u2019est en aucun cas une fin en soi. Elle n\u2019est qu\u2019un outil au service d\u2019une gestion plus \u2018efficace\u2019 de l\u2019espace\/temps : \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent partout aussi rapidement que possible\u2026 Le num\u00e9rique est une r\u00e9ponse de plus en plus performante \u00e0 cette pulsion ancestrale (hormonale) qui nous pousse \u00e0 vouloir toujours aller plus loin, plus haut, plus fort, plus vite\u2026 Ce n\u2019est en aucun cas un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne que nous subissons.<\/p>\n<p>2. Faut-il d\u00e8s lors absolument embrasser la transformation digitale que l\u2019on nous vend aujourd\u2019hui comme un projet essentiellement humain (histoire de faire passer la pilule\u2026)? Oui, \u00e0 condition d\u2019en d\u00e9finir l\u2019intensit\u00e9. C\u2019est en effet une question de ma\u00eetrise. L\u2019entreprise (ou mieux encore sans doute, l\u2019entrepreneur) doit d\u00e9terminer le niveau de digitalisation qu\u2019il consent \u00e0 utiliser pour la gestion quotidienne de son activit\u00e9. <em><strong>Ce n\u2019est pas une obligation<\/strong>.<\/em> C\u2019est un pur choix. Une d\u00e9cision \u00e0 prendre, en toute sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 et en mesurant les cons\u00e9quences logiques sur les comp\u00e9tences et sur l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>3. A partir de l\u00e0, <strong><em>il ne suffira pas de sensibiliser les \u00e9quipes et les individus au d\u00e9veloppement de leur employabilit\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong> Pendant que la transformation digitale s\u2019op\u00e8re et au-del\u00e0 de celle-ci, il faut continuer \u00e0 travailler, \u00e7\u00e0d \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer des produits et services \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 des clients qui attendent d\u2019\u00eatre choy\u00e9s. Comment motiver des personnes qui se savent condamn\u00e9es \u00e0 c\u00e9der leur si\u00e8ge \u00e0 court ou moyen terme?<\/p>\n<p>4. Il faut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer une grande instabilit\u00e9 dans les organisations, dans les \u00e9motions, dans les objectifs et projets. Autant s\u2019habituer \u00e0 jongler avec un lexique que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu bien souvent mais qui peine \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne : r\u00e9orientation permanente, droit \u00e0 l\u2019erreur, agilit\u00e9 extr\u00eame, versatilit\u00e9,\u2026 Et int\u00e9grer que nous ne pouvons d\u00e9cemment insister sur un environnement totalement volatile (dites VUCA) et en m\u00eame temps refuser \u00e0 nos collaborateurs qu\u2019ils puissent changer d\u2019avis quant \u00e0 leurs envies, leurs attentes, leurs priorit\u00e9s\u2026 La coh\u00e9rence s\u2019impose. Si l\u2019environnement et nos entreprises sont incertains, alors il convient de laisser \u00e0 nos coll\u00e8gues la possibilit\u00e9 de modifier leurs aspirations. <strong><em>La flexibilit\u00e9 est un concept de management qui ne peut pas fonctionner \u00e0 sens unique.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5. Dans ce contexte, le r\u00f4le du People Manager n\u2019est forc\u00e9ment plus le m\u00eame. Il s\u2019agit d\u00e9sormais de <strong><em>prendre une part active au redesign du business model de l\u2019entreprise.<\/em><\/strong> Et puisque rien ne se fera sans les collaborateurs, l\u2019enjeu consiste \u00e0 valoriser les comp\u00e9tences dont nous disposons pour les mettre au service des clients et de la population.
