UDIL.GE a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 le 31 janvier 2014 dans le cadre de l\u2019accord tripartite du plan social de la fermeture de la phase \u00e0 chaud d\u2019ArcelorMittal \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge. UDIL.GE a obtenu son agr\u00e9ment en tant que Groupement d\u2019employeurs \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e le 1er octobre 2014. L&rsquo;allocation de subsides \u00e9tant venue \u00e0 son terme, le groupement vient de se transformer en une nouvelle entit\u00e9, d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e 1.2.3.cdi et va tenter de p\u00e9renniser son r\u00f4le social dans son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me r\u00e9gional.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>275 travailleurs licenci\u00e9s par ArcelorMittal. UDIL.GE a men\u00e9 des actions de r\u00e9insertion professionnelle entre le 1er mars 2014 et juillet 2017. Les actions de r\u00e9insertion comprenaient la recherche active d\u2019emploi, le jobcoaching individualis\u00e9, l\u2019investissement dans la formation en vue d\u2019actualiser les comp\u00e9tences et la mise \u00e0 disposition du personnel aupr\u00e8s des entreprises membres essentiellement industrielles. Les activit\u00e9s d\u2019UDIL.GE sont financ\u00e9es par un subside de la R\u00e9gion wallonne et par le chiffre d\u2019affaires g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par les mises \u00e0 disposition de son personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 plusieurs freins \u00e0 la r\u00e9insertion (employabilit\u00e9 faible, \u00e2ge, faible technicit\u00e9, restrictions m\u00e9dicales, faible mobilit\u00e9 et salaire garanti selon les termes de l\u2019accord tripartite), plus de 71% des travailleurs ex-ArcelorMittal ont obtenu un contrat dans un autre organisme ou entreprise qu\u2019UDIL.GE avant la fin de leur contrat chez UDIL.GE.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis juillet 2017, UDIL.GE a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 accompagner des demandeurs d\u2019emploi ayant subi un licenciement collectif provenant d\u2019autres entreprises du bassin li\u00e9geois. 25 nouveaux travailleurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9ins\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Fin novembre 2017, le ministre de tutelle d\u00e9cide d\u2019arr\u00eater le subside en faveur d\u2019UDIL.GE, subside qui finan\u00e7ait les actions sociales de jobcoaching et de formation. C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle \ufffc1.2.3.cdi prend le relais d\u2019UIL.GE.<br \/>\n\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc<br \/>\nLes 4 repreneurs ont une longue exp\u00e9rience professionnelle, des comp\u00e9tences compl\u00e9mentaires et une excellente connaissance du tissu des entreprises li\u00e9geoises. Il s&rsquo;agit de Pierre-Philippe Janssen (Associ\u00e9 \u2013 Pr\u00e9sident &#8211; Administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 &#8211; Advanced Coating sa), Xavier Ciechanowski (Associ\u00e9 \u2013 Directeur \u2013 Udil.ge, XCManagement), Jean-Beno\u00eet Scheen (Associ\u00e9 \u2013 DRH) et de Pierre Pinard (Partner \u2013 Consultant RH 2beGood HR Services).<br \/>\n\ufffc<br \/>\nAu d\u00e9part, le management a voulu \u00e9viter un bain de sang social avec le licenciement de 40 personnes. Ils ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 leur cr\u00e9do dans le business model qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des besoins des entreprises, persuad\u00e9s qu\u2019il y a un cr\u00e9neau dans le march\u00e9 des RH.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Que veut dire \u00ab 1.2.3.cdi \u00bb ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les entreprises, il y a 1.2. et 3 solutions \u00e0 3 besoins des entreprises :<br \/>\n1. La solution \u00ab S\u00e9lection \u00bb : 123cdi r\u00e9alise la s\u00e9lection de candidatsj, avec des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques, qui sont mis \u00e0 disposition de l\u2019entreprise ;<br \/>\n2. La solution \u00ab payrolling \u00bb : 123cdi propose d\u2019engager des int\u00e9rimaires avec un contrat longue dur\u00e9e afin de les fid\u00e9liser en faveur de l\u2019entreprise b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire;<br \/>\n3. La solution \u00ab Inplacement \u00bb : apr\u00e8s 2 ans en CDD sur le pay roll, les entreprises qui ne peuvent proposer de cdi risquent de perdre des comp\u00e9tences. 123cdi propose d\u2019engager ces travailleurs et de les mettre \u00e0 disposition de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le \u00ab cdi \u00bb est solution durable pour le travailleur<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 123cdi propose des CDD si la mission est limit\u00e9e, sinon 123cdi propose des CDI ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Gr\u00e2ce au r\u00e9seau des entreprises-membres, le travailleur a des opportunit\u00e9s de<br \/>\nmission dans d\u2019autres entreprises-membres ;<br \/>\n\u2022 123cdi pratique la discrimination positive (promotion de profils \u00e2g\u00e9s, d\u2019origine<br \/>\n\u00e9trang\u00e8re,) avec un respect de la personne<br \/>\n\u2022 Le statut du travailleur est meilleur, et lui permet d\u2019obtenir \u00a0&#8211; p.ex. un pr\u00eat<br \/>\nhypoth\u00e9caire (contrairement aux int\u00e9rimaires).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9rim offre aux travailleurs des contrats \u00e0 la semaine et donne une solution de grande flexibilit\u00e9 aux entreprises (pour des remplacements et surcro\u00eets de travail temporaires, &#8230;). 123 cdi se positionne entre l\u2019int\u00e9rim et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection en vue de recrutement de hauts profils.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupement d\u2019employeurs comprend 61 entreprises-membres.
