Il s\u2019agit de la plus importante hausse trimestrielle depuis 2008, et elle porte l\u2019indice de l\u2019emploi des PME \u00e0 116 points d\u2019indice, soit un point de plus qu\u2019\u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2017. En chiffres absolus, environ 15.400 collaborateurs suppl\u00e9mentaires se sont ajout\u00e9s entre janvier et mars 2018.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;indice calcul\u00e9 depuis une dizaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e par le secr\u00e9tariat social SD Worx pr\u00e9sente le premier trimestre le plus solide en 10 ans pour la croissance de l\u2019emploi des PME. L\u2019indice de l\u2019emploi des PME a atteint les 116 points d\u2019indice apr\u00e8s le trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une hausse de 1 point d\u2019indice par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019an dernier (115). Par rapport \u00e0 janvier 2005, l\u2019emploi a augment\u00e9 de 16 %.<br \/>\n\ufffc<br \/>\n\ufffcAvec un taux de croissance de 0,9 %, le pourcentage d\u2019augmentation de l\u2019emploi structurel au T1 2018 est sup\u00e9rieur de 0,1 % par rapport au m\u00eame trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re (0,8 %). En outre, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 toutes les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes (\u00e0 titre de comparaison, les taux de croissance au premier trimestre des ann\u00e9es \u00e9coul\u00e9es : T1 2017 : 0,8 % \u2013 T1 2016 : 0,7 % \u2013 T1 2015 : 0,3 % \u2013 T1 2014 : 0,3 %).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une tendance positive, dans les grandes PME comme dans les petites<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette tendance positive se retrouve dans les PME de toutes tailles. Ce trimestre, ce sont surtout les petites et moyennes PME (avec respectivement moins de 20 et entre 20 et 49 travailleurs) qui ont le plus progress\u00e9 (+0,9%).<\/p>\n<p>\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc\ufffcLes PME bruxelloises ont obtenu les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats au dernier trimestre. Dans la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale, elles ont enregistr\u00e9 une croissance de l\u2019emploi de 1,5 % par comparaison avec le trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. En Flandre aussi, il y a eu une belle augmentation (+ 1,2 %). Ce sont surtout les provinces du Brabant flamand (+ 1,9 %) et de Flandre occidentale (+ 1,6 %) qui remportent la palme.<br \/>\n<em>\ufffc\u00ab L\u2019ann\u00e9e a commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fort. Le taux de croissance d\u00e9passe actuellement l\u2019ensemble de 2017, mais le premier trimestre enregistre presque toujours la hausse la plus importante. Il est frappant de constater que les petites entreprises affichent elles aussi des chiffres de croissance \u00e9lev\u00e9s.
