Cons\u00e9quence: la police est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s pour attirer les profils ad\u00e9quats et \u00e0 pourvoir certains postes, ce qui n&rsquo;a rien de\u00a0surprenant en cette p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;intense guerre des talents.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon le communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 par Belga et relay\u00e9 par la RTBF, <em>\u00ab\u00a0les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;audit, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par KPMG, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s mercredi au ministre Jambon\u00a0sont tr\u00e8s\u00a0critiques au sujet des services de recrutement de la police, qui d\u00e9nombre 97 personnes. Une r\u00e9organisation en profondeur est recommand\u00e9e et ainsi que l&rsquo;introduction de proc\u00e9dures de recrutement plus simples.\u00a0Par ailleurs, la police est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me d&rsquo;image en tant qu&#8217;employeur et doit faire face \u00e0 une \u00ab\u00a0guerre du talent\u00a0\u00bb sur le march\u00e9 du travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ces conclusions peuvent \u00e9tonner compte tenu de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 reconnue des initiatives de la Police, tant au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelon local, en mati\u00e8re de recrutement. Les campagnes d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es r\u00e9cemment ont d&rsquo;ailleurs obtenu d&rsquo;excellents r\u00e9sultats, \u00e0 l&rsquo;image des projets r\u00e9compens\u00e9s via les deux \u00e9ditions r\u00e9centes du R\u00e9f\u00e9rences Talent Acquisition Award, dans le cadre de la HRM Night\u00a9 : voir <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hrmnight.be\/fr\/voting-references.html\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous pressentons que cela ne fonctionne pas. Cet audit confirme que la machine est gripp\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a r\u00e9agi le porte-parole du ministre, Olivier Van Raemdonck.
