La moyenne europ\u00e9enne est de 87%. A l&rsquo;issue d\u2019une \u00e9tude internationale men\u00e9e par un prestataire de services en ressources humaines aupr\u00e8s de plus de 1.500 r\u00e9pondants de neuf pays europ\u00e9ens, il appara\u00eet que de nombreuses organisations se saisissent d\u00e9sormais du potentiel du payroll, historiquement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une fonction administrative.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate a entre autres mis en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019utilisation sp\u00e9cifique de donn\u00e9es payroll.\u00a0Dans toute l\u2019Europe, les organisations ont plut\u00f4t tendance \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer que les donn\u00e9es RH et payroll peuvent contribuer \u00e0 documenter les \u00e9valuations des collaborateurs (52 %). En France, 66 % d\u2019entre elles ont per\u00e7u ce potentiel, suivies de pr\u00e8s par les organisations allemandes (61 %) et autrichiennes (57 %). En Belgique, un peu moins de la moiti\u00e9 (48 %) y voient un tel avantage.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un r\u00e9pondant sur deux (47 %) estime que les donn\u00e9es payroll offrent une opportunit\u00e9 aux responsables RH de mieux informer les chefs d\u2019entreprise sur la performance, la r\u00e9tention et le taux de roulement des collaborateurs. L\u2019Irlande (54 %) vient en t\u00eate pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019Europe, suivie de l\u2019Autriche (53 %), du Royaume-Uni (52%) et de la France (49 %). Quatre sur dix r\u00e9pondants en Belgique sont \u00e9galement de cet avis.<br \/>\n\ufffc<br \/>\n<strong><em>La collecte de donn\u00e9es RH, un d\u00e9fi contemporain ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le fait que presque neuf sur dix (89 %) des r\u00e9pondants belges affirment que leurs entreprises utilisent des donn\u00e9es payroll pour \u00e9clairer les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques, 42 % d\u2019entre eux trouvent qu\u2019il est \u00ab difficile \u00bb voire \u00ab tr\u00e8s difficile \u00bb de fournir ces donn\u00e9es relatives aux RH et au payroll. En ce qui concerne le payroll international, les principaux d\u00e9fis cit\u00e9s par les entreprises en Belgique sont la multiplicit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes informatiques (52 %), la conformit\u00e9 aux l\u00e9gislations (33 %) et ensuite la complexit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es (32 %). Bien qu\u2019il soit positif pour les professionnels des RH et du payroll que des donn\u00e9es puissantes rehaussent l\u2019importance de leur fonction au sein de l\u2019entreprise, il est toujours clair qu\u2019ils font face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis technologiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Power of Payroll ?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab L\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es RH en est seulement \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts, mais les RH peuvent contribuer de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre par le \u2018power of payroll\u2019 \u00bb<\/em>, affirme Christophe Becquart, Directeur RH de Roche Diagnostics Belgium. Il identifie plusieurs avantages et fa\u00e7ons concr\u00e8tes de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise : <em>\u00ab Les RH effectuent des analyses relatives \u00e0 l\u2019absent\u00e9isme et une enqu\u00eate biennale sur la satisfaction, ce qui fournit des rep\u00e8res pour le suivi des actions n\u00e9cessaires. Les RH peuvent observer pendant combien de temps les collaborateurs occupent la m\u00eame fonction. Les team managers peuvent assurer une meilleure supervision et discuter des besoins en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9. Et les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 les incitent \u00e0 anticiper l\u2019\u00e9volution des carri\u00e8res \u00e0 temps et \u00e0 solliciter de nouveaux effectifs. Un autre exemple : en consultant la planification des cong\u00e9s, \u00e0 savoir la mani\u00e8re dont les collaborateurs planifient leurs p\u00e9riodes ou jours de cong\u00e9, nous pouvons les aider \u00e0 ne pas attendre trop longtemps au risque de perdre leur \u00e9quilibre travail-vie priv\u00e9e. \u00bb<\/em> L\u2019objectif est clair : <em>\u00ab Nos analyses de donn\u00e9es RH contribuent concr\u00e8tement aux discussions men\u00e9es avec les business team leaders, en leur fournissant plus rapidement la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre n\u00e9cessaire ou en les aidant \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un budget. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie &#8211;\u00a0SD Worx a command\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 1.500 professionnels des RH et du payroll dans neuf pays europ\u00e9ens : l\u2019Allemagne, l\u2019Autriche, la Belgique, la France, l\u2019Irlande, le Luxembourg, les Pays-Bas, le Royaume-Uni et la Suisse.
