Ce th\u00e8me reste un parmi les moins d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9cits et les indicateurs publi\u00e9s par les entreprises au sujet de leurs d\u00e9marches de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale. Cette \u00e9tude est extraite de la notation par Vigeo Eiris de plus de 2 400 entreprises cot\u00e9es appartenant \u00e0 40 secteurs et op\u00e9rant dans 63 pays (p\u00e9riode 2016 \u2013 2017).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es sur la visibilit\u00e9 et le portage de leurs engagements, sur la diversit\u00e9 des th\u00e8mes et le niveau du dialogue avec les repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s, la dynamique des relations avec les instances repr\u00e9sentatives des salari\u00e9s, les moyens qui leurs sont allou\u00e9s pour exercer leurs missions, ainsi que sur la capacit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes dirigeantes \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9tendue de l\u2019information des partenaires sociaux et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la concertation et la n\u00e9gociation collective.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Principaux constats :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bien que consacr\u00e9 par les normes internationales de l\u2019OIT et au c\u0153ur des recommandations des Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) des Nations Unies pour 2030, le dialogue social demeure un \u2018angle mort\u2019 de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises. Le score moyen mondial allou\u00e9 par Vigeo Eris aux entreprises est de 25 sur une \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 100.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Seules 4% des entreprises sous revue s\u2019engagent de fa\u00e7on visible (en appui sur des documents \u00e9crits et publics) \u00e0 mener un dialogue social avec les repr\u00e9sentants des salari\u00e9s ; ce r\u00e9sultats est strictement identique \u00e0 celui observ\u00e9 sur la p\u00e9riode 2014-2015. A l\u2019inverse, 62% des entreprises \u00e9valu\u00e9es n\u2019affichent aucun engagement \u00e0 ce sujet alors m\u00eame qu\u2019elles communiquent sur leurs objectifs et leurs indicateurs en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 de relations avec leurs clients, leurs actionnaires ou en mati\u00e8re de protection de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Les entreprises cot\u00e9es en Europe sont celles qui rendent le plus et le mieux compte de leurs pratiques de dialogue social, mais leurs scores restent relativement limit\u00e9s sur ce crit\u00e8re (38\/100). Leurs homologues cot\u00e9es en Asie obtiennent un score moyen de 19\/100, les nord-am\u00e9ricaines un score de 17\/100 et celles cot\u00e9es sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents obtiennent un score de 26\/100.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Les sujets les plus souvent abord\u00e9s dans le cadre de la n\u00e9gociation collective sont la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (72% des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es en Europe, 41% en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, 28% en Asie Pacifique, 14% sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents), les conditions de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (70% des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es en Europe, 39% en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, 25% en Asie Pacifique, 14% sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents), et le temps de travail (64% des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es en Europe, 36% en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, 23% en Asie Pacifique, 9% sur les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Seule une minorit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprises compte la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019administrateurs salari\u00e9s au sein de son conseil d\u2019administration. C\u2019est le cas pour 5% des entreprises cot\u00e9es en Europe, avec des disparit\u00e9s entre les pays, contre 3% des entreprises cot\u00e9es en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et seulement 1% en Asie Pacifique.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Compte tenu des \u00e9volutions technologiques li\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement croissant de la num\u00e9risation et de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, mais \u00e9galement de l\u2019apparition de risques \u00e9mergents comme l\u2019usage peu r\u00e9glement\u00e9 des nanotechnologies, il deviendra essentiel de redonner son sens au dialogue social et au contrat collectif de travail sur des sujets tels que le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion ou l\u2019adaptation des conditions de travail li\u00e9es \u00e0 la robotisation des t\u00e2ches, pour appr\u00e9hender au mieux ces nouveaux enjeux.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Vigeo Eiris<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vigeo Eiris passe en revue les engagements et les dispositifs mis en place par les entreprises cot\u00e9es, pour assurer l&rsquo;effectivit\u00e9 du dialogue social.
