Objectif parit\u00e9<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>First things first, quelle est la place des femmes dans votre organisation ? Avez-vous analys\u00e9 la part des femmes dans les postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s et les instances de d\u00e9cision ? \u00e9tudiez la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de votre entreprise et fixez-vous des objectifs de progression. Pour y arriver, quelques pistes : v\u00e9rifier la parit\u00e9 du recrutement (ou au moins l\u2019assurance de candidatures f\u00e9minines), composer des jurys de s\u00e9lection mixtes, v\u00e9rifier la parit\u00e9 dans les promotions internes \u2026 tout cela peut se faire sur base de bonnes pratiques d\u2019autres entreprises et avec le soutien d\u2019organisations sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2. Equilibre vie priv\u00e9e-vie professionnelle<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle se joue aussi dans la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e : permettre aux femmes et aux hommes un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e sera b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour toutes et tous. Comment proc\u00e9der ? Avec les formules telles que les horaires flexibles et le travail \u00e0 domicile, mais aussi le soutien \u00e0 la parentalit\u00e9 des femmes et des hommes. L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 au travail passe aussi par l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans la sph\u00e8re domestique.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3. Rendez les femmes visibles<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nOutre les \u201crole models\u201d f\u00e9minins, n\u2019oubliez pas que votre personnel est compos\u00e9 de femmes et d\u2019hommes. Dans votre communication, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019images ou de textes, rendez les femmes visibles. Par exemple, en veillant \u00e0 vous adresser \u00e0 tous et toutes et en n\u2019oubliant pas de f\u00e9miniser les titres et fonctions.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>4.
