Face \u00e0 ce constat, plusieurs entreprises belges et organisations patronales ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019unir leurs forces. Sous la coupole Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN), elles invitent les instances gouvernementales belges et des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la pratique professionnelle sur le terrain dans les parcours de formation, en ciblant prioritairement les jeunes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bas\u00e9 en Suisse, le GAN regroupe de grandes entreprises, des PME et des organisations patronales qui travaillent ensemble pour promouvoir l\u2019apprentissage sur le terrain. Il propose aujourd\u2019hui de reproduire son approche en Belgique. Objectif de cette coupole GAN Belgique : r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les r\u00e9elles comp\u00e9tences des jeunes et les attentes du march\u00e9 du travail. Un \u00e9cart qui se traduit dans les chiffres de ch\u00f4mage \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les jeunes en Belgique : 35% des jeunes bruxellois entre 18 et 25 ans sont sans emploi, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 plus de deux fois le taux de ch\u00f4mage moyen \u00e0 Bruxelles (13,1%). En Wallonie le taux de ch\u00f4mage moyen est de 19,2% et 26,8% des jeunes wallons sont au ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n<p>Les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage au travail (par exemple, un stage de trois mois) sont parfois trop courtes pour que les jeunes puissent r\u00e9ellement avoir une bonne id\u00e9e de ce qu\u2019ils feront dans le secteur dans lequel ils se retrouveront, estime GAN Belgique. <em>\u00ab C\u2019est assez dommage, car une possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019apprentissage au travail ad\u00e9quate, qui relie l\u2019enseignement directement aux demandes du march\u00e9 du travail, est une des clefs pour r\u00e9duire ce mismatch sur le march\u00e9 du travail. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, un jeune \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une formation lui permettant d\u2019entrer en contact avec le march\u00e9 du travail se retrouve limit\u00e9 dans ses choix. Et, si l\u2019on exclut les formations pr\u00e9voyant un stage de quelques mois, il reste tr\u00e8s peu de formations qui proposent une forme de pratique professionnelle sur le terrain digne de ce nom. Les entreprises belges ont de plus en plus confiance dans cette nouvelle forme de formation.<\/p>\n<p>Nico Reeskens, Country Manager de The Adecco Group Belgique, a pris l\u2019initiative de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les bonnes volont\u00e9s autour de ce projet. R\u00e9sultat : une sorte de Task Force compos\u00e9e de 19 entreprises et organisations patronales qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019unir leurs forces afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer, d\u2019une mani\u00e8re plus importante, l\u2019apprentissage sur le terrain dans la carri\u00e8re acad\u00e9mique des jeunes.\u00a0<em>\u00ab Les formes traditionnelles de l\u2019enseignement ne parviennent plus \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux attentes d\u2019un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi en pleine mutation. Les \u2018soft skills\u2019 ou comp\u00e9tences relationnelles telles que l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la pens\u00e9e critique, l\u2019autor\u00e9flexion, l\u2019empathie, \u2026 prennent davantage d\u2019importance. Nous devons nous efforcer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9ducation qui pr\u00e9pare les jeunes aux jobs de demain. D\u00e9j\u00e0 pas mal d\u2019actions sont mises en place autour de l\u2019apprentissage au travail, mais ses actions sont encore trop fragment\u00e9es. L\u2019ambition de GAN Belgique est de renforcer le lien entre le secteur priv\u00e9, l\u2019enseignement et le gouvernement en connectant des initiatives ayant un lien avec l\u2019apprentissage au travail existantes et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019image. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Des membres de global GAN comme Accenture, Nestl\u00e9, IBM, Microsoft et The Adecco Group vont participer activement au projet belge, rejoints par d\u2019autres entreprises comme Aveve, Colruyt et G4S. GAN se concentre aussi sur les petites et moyennes entreprises pour plaider en faveur d\u2019un lien plus \u00e9troit entre l\u2019enseignement et le march\u00e9 du travail. GAN Belgique va aussi partager et \u00e9changer sur les comp\u00e9tences et les et les exp\u00e9riences qui cr\u00e9ent des ponts entre l\u2019enseignement et le monde du travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Projet international<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le GAN a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en Suisse, o\u00f9 l\u2019apprentissage sur le terrain est un concept d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien ancr\u00e9 dans le monde de l\u2019enseignement et du travail. Aujourd\u2019hui, le GAN est actif en France, en Espagne, en Turquie, en Indon\u00e9sie, en Argentine, en Colombie, au Mexique, au Costa Rica, en Tanzanie et au Malawi.<\/p>\n<p>Le GAN (R\u00e9seau Mondial pour l\u2019Apprentissage) est une coalition d\u2019entreprises, de PME, d\u2019organisations internationales et d\u2019organisations patronales. Les partenaires fondateurs sont, entre autres, l\u2019Organisation Internationale du Travail (OIT), l\u2019Organisation Internationale des Employeurs (OIE), l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomiques (OCDE) et Business at OECD (BIAC).
