C&rsquo;est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Indeed aupr\u00e8s de 501 employ\u00e9s \u00e0 Bruxelles, en Flandre et en Wallonie. Il est frappant de constater que ce sont surtout les 25 \u00e0 34 ans qui changent d&#8217;emploi pour cette raison (40 %). Seul un employ\u00e9 de plus de 55 ans sur quatre est dans ce cas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Les employ\u00e9s qui travaillent pour le m\u00eame employeur depuis cinq \u00e0 six ans veulent avant tout booster leur carri\u00e8re \u00bb<\/em>, dit Anouk Kon, Evangelist chez Indeed. <em>\u00ab Pour 42 % d&rsquo;entre eux, c&rsquo;est la plus grande motivation pour postuler aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une autre entreprise, contre 37 % des nouveaux employ\u00e9s et des employ\u00e9s comptant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre ann\u00e9es de service. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s changent d\u2019emploi pour am\u00e9liorer leur situation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des sond\u00e9s (53 %) ont indiqu\u00e9 que la principale raison de postuler \u00e9tait de trouver un emploi qui leur convienne mieux et qui soit mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. En Flandre, ce pourcentage atteint 60 %, contre 49 % en Wallonie et seulement 39 % \u00e0 Bruxelles. \u00ab<em> Le fait que les entreprises \u00e0 Bruxelles paient leurs employ\u00e9s 10 % de plus que la moyenne belge explique peut-\u00eatre pourquoi ce pourcentage est plus faible dans la capitale. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>49 % des salari\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement motiv\u00e9s par les avantages suppl\u00e9mentaires propos\u00e9s par une autre entreprise. La r\u00e9putation de l&rsquo;entreprise (29 %) et sa culture (20 %) jouent un r\u00f4le moins important.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>De l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;image num\u00e9rique de l&rsquo;entreprise&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9putation n\u00e9gative d&rsquo;une entreprise en ligne n&rsquo;est pas favorable au nombre de candidatures re\u00e7ues. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 60 % des sond\u00e9s se m\u00e9fient des entreprises qui ont une moins bonne r\u00e9putation en ligne. Avec 65 %, les femmes y sont plus sensibles que les hommes (54 %). Pour les 40 % restants, l&rsquo;image n\u00e9gative en ligne ne fait aucune diff\u00e9rence.\u00a0<em>\u00ab Si l&rsquo;entreprise a une r\u00e9putation n\u00e9gative en ligne, mais que le d\u00e9partement qui int\u00e9resse un candidat a une image positive, celui-ci n\u2019en tiendra pas compte. 63 % des sond\u00e9s sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 poser leur candidature \u00e0 un poste au sein de ce d\u00e9partement de l&rsquo;entreprise. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises connues sont particuli\u00e8rement populaires aupr\u00e8s des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s<br \/>\nIndeed a \u00e9galement sond\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance qu\u2019accordent les candidats \u00e0 la renomm\u00e9e de l&rsquo;entreprise. Les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s sont ceux qui s\u2019y int\u00e9ressent le plus (40 %). Les candidats \u00e2g\u00e9s de 45 ans et plus s\u2019int\u00e9ressent moins au fait qu\u2019un nouvel employeur potentiel soit connu (21 %). <em>\u00ab Nous constatons \u00e9galement que 48 % des sond\u00e9s bruxellois ne d\u00e9sirent pas travailler pour une entreprise inconnue. Cela s&rsquo;explique par la pr\u00e9sence de nombreuses multinationales dans la capitale \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Au sujet de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude &#8211; Celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en ligne en Belgique par Censuswide \u00e0 la demande d\u2019Indeed.
