Tokyo et Z\u00fcrich, respectivement deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me du ranking, compl\u00e8tent le podium. Avec Singapour en quatri\u00e8me place, l\u2019Asie compte quatre des cinq villes les plus ch\u00e8res au monde pour les expats. Bruxelles arrive quant \u00e0 elle \u00e0 la 67\u00e8me position de la liste.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le top 10 du classement des villes les plus ch\u00e8res pour les expatri\u00e9s \u00e9labor\u00e9 par Mercer est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par S\u00e9oul (5), Luanda (6), Shanghai (7), N&rsquo;Djamena (8), P\u00e9kin (9) et Berne (10). En queue de peloton, les villes les moins ch\u00e8res pour les expatri\u00e9s sont Tachkent (209), Tunis (208) et Bichkek (207).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019essor du num\u00e9rique, le vieillissement d\u00e9mographique, le manque de comp\u00e9tences et l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 politique et \u00e9conomique ambiante ont modifi\u00e9 le paysage entrepreneurial mondial et red\u00e9fini les postes qui seront essentiels sur le march\u00e9 du travail de demain. Les multinationales embrassent ce changement en concentrant leurs efforts sur la recherche de &lsquo;talents mobiles&rsquo; et en calculant consciencieusement les co\u00fbts des packages de leurs expatri\u00e9s. Cette 24\u00e8me \u00e9dition de l\u2019\u00e9tude annuelle de Mercer sur le Co\u00fbt de la Vie (Cost of Living Survey) a mesur\u00e9 l\u2019impact de divers facteurs tels que l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du logement, la faiblesse de l\u2019inflation et la fluctuation des prix des biens et services sur les frais de l\u2019expatriation professionnelle aux quatre coins de la plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Avec le progr\u00e8s technologique et l\u2019importance d\u2019un effectif du personnel de port\u00e9e mondiale, l\u2019investissement dans le d\u00e9veloppement de talent continue de figurer parmi les piliers de la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise des multinationales \u00bb,<\/em> fait observer Ilya Bonic, pr\u00e9sident de la ligne de m\u00e9tiers Gestion des talents chez Mercer. <em>\u00ab Alors qu\u2019un effectif du personnel mobile mondial permet aux organisations de travailler plus efficacement, de d\u00e9tecter les meilleurs talents, de bien g\u00e9rer les co\u00fbts de leurs projects internationaux, la volatilit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s et le ralentissement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions du globe exigent de ces m\u00eames entreprises qu\u2019elles \u00e9valuent attentivement les packages salariaux de leurs expatri\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab La mise en place de strat\u00e9gies de personnel et de politique de mobilit\u00e9 bas\u00e9es sur le d\u00e9ploiement du bon travailleur au bon endroit est plus importante que jamais pour les multinationales, qui privil\u00e9gient d\u00e9sormais les nouveaux mod\u00e8les entrepreneuriaux internationaux \u00bb,<\/em> ajoute Bonic. <em>\u00ab Or, bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer les collaborateurs qui effectuent une mission \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger est tout aussi important que co\u00fbteux. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L&rsquo;Europe en &lsquo;progr\u00e8s&rsquo;, emmen\u00e9e par la Suisse.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deux villes europ\u00e9ennes figurent dans le top 10 des destinations les plus ch\u00e8res pour les expats. Troisi\u00e8me du classement mondial, Z\u00fcrich demeure la ville europ\u00e9enne la plus co\u00fbteuse devant Berne (10). Gen\u00e8ve (11) est descendue de quatre places par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re en raison, principalement, de la tendance baissi\u00e8re de son march\u00e9 immobilier. Pouss\u00e9es par la force de leur devise nationale face au dollar am\u00e9ricain, les villes d\u2019Europe de l\u2019Ouest ont de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale progress\u00e9 dans le classement. La palme des plus belles ascensions depuis la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude revient notamment aux villes allemandes avec Francfort (68) et Berlin (71), qui gagnent toutes les deux cinquante-neuf \u00ab modestes \u00bb positions, et Munich (57) qui en gagne quarante-et-une. Au Royaume-Uni, Birmingham (128) grapille dix-neuf places par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, tandis que Belfast (152) et Aberdeen (134) gagnent respectivement dix-huit et douze places. Londres fait, elle, un bon de dix places et tr\u00f4ne \u00e0 la 19\u00e8me place du ranking.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres villes ayant progress\u00e9 dans le classement, on notera entre autres Paris (34, +28), Rome (46, +34), Madrid (64, +47) et Vienne (39, +39). Certaines villes d\u2019Europe centrale et de l\u2019Est dont Moscou (17), Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg (49) et Kiev (173), victimes de la d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation de leur devise par rapport au dollar am\u00e9ricain, ont toutefois r\u00e9gress\u00e9 \u2013 de respectivement quatre, quatorze et dix places \u2013 dans le classement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019instar des autres villes europ\u00e9ennes, Bruxelles a \u00e9galement progress\u00e9 dans le classement des villes les plus on\u00e9reuses pour expatri\u00e9s.
