Objectif de cette mesure: voir \u00e0 quelle fr\u00e9quence et par quelles applications de leur GSM les travailleurs se laissent distraire durant les heures de travail. Il ressort des r\u00e9sultats que les participants sont souvent, voire toujours, distraits par leur GSM et le plus souvent par des SMS ou des notifications de WhatsApp (64 %).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la question de savoir quelles notifications les distraient le plus souvent, 64 % ont r\u00e9pondu les SMS et\/ou WhatsApp, suivis par les notifications des m\u00e9dias sociaux comme Facebook et Instagram pour 22 %. Ensuite, 13 % des participants sont le plus d\u00e9concentr\u00e9s par des e-mails et des appels priv\u00e9s. Et enfin, seul 1 % affirme jouer sur son lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Passer des accords concrets.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter un effet n\u00e9faste sur les prestations au travail, il est n\u00e9cessaire qu\u2019un employeur prenne des accords concrets avec le personnel quant \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation priv\u00e9e du smartphone. Mais les employeurs doivent \u00e9galement faire suffisamment confiance \u00e0 leur personnel. Elise Denecker, Head of People &amp; Culture chez Hays explique : <em>\u00ab Communiquez ouvertement et clairement sur ce qui est permis et ce qui ne l\u2019est pas. Les r\u00e8gles ou l\u2019\u00e9tiquette peuvent aider \u00e0 limiter l\u2019utilisation du smartphone. Vous pouvez par exemple convenir de ne pas utiliser de smartphone durant les r\u00e9unions ou de les mettre en mode silencieux pendant le travail afin de ne pas d\u00e9ranger les coll\u00e8gues. Diriger en faisant appel au sens des responsabilit\u00e9s des travailleurs est toutefois plus efficace qu\u2019imposer des r\u00e8gles. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les conseils prodigu\u00e9s par les commanditaires de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate en vue d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus productif(ve) au travail, relevons la constitution d&rsquo;un environnement de travail stimulant et agr\u00e9able. \u00a0Bien que les espaces de travail ouverts comportent de nombreux avantages, les discussions de coll\u00e8gues peuvent engendrer des distractions. L\u2019utilisation d&rsquo;un casque peut \u00eatre positive pour la concentration.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;un planning appara\u00eet \u00e9galement comme une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.\u00a0Un objectif concret renforce en effet l\u2019attention. R\u00e9aliser les t\u00e2ches les plus complexes aux moments les plus productifs, comme le matin.
