En effet, l\u2019optimisme semble pr\u00e9valoir: \u00e0 peine une PME sur dix (9,7%) s\u2019attend \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction du volume de travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9t\u00e9 encore (juillet, ao\u00fbt, septembre), les PME belges (les entreprises occupant de 1 \u00e0 99 travailleurs) restent optimistes : pr\u00e8s de quatre PME sur dix pr\u00e9voient de recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs dans les trois prochains mois.<\/p>\n<p>Quatre PME belges sur dix envisagent de recruter en juillet, ao\u00fbt ou septembre<br \/>\nPr\u00e8s de quatre de nos PME sur dix (38,1 %) (des entreprises occupant de 1 \u00e0 99 travailleurs) pr\u00e9voient d\u2019embaucher cet \u00e9t\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, leurs attentes sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es qu\u2019il y a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment un an (T3 2017 : 32,4 %).<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Les intentions de recrutement sont \u00e0 leur niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 chez les PME occupant de 50 \u00e0 99 travailleurs, mais aussi chez celles occupant de 20 \u00e0 49 travailleurs. Les entreprises occupant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 travailleurs sont plus r\u00e9ticentes, mais elles sont aussi moins enclines \u00e0 licencier (moins de 5 % l\u2019envisagent),\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Vassilios Skarlidis, Directeur r\u00e9gional PME chez SD Worx.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019optimisme continue \u00e0 pr\u00e9valoir cet \u00e9t\u00e9. Il y a du mouvement : les PME sont des entreprises ambitieuses qui veulent grandir avec le juste talent au bon endroit. La \u201cguerre pour le talent\u201d exige une approche novatrice et r\u00e9alisable en mati\u00e8re de RH, notamment en ce qui concerne la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des collaborateurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\n\ufffc<br \/>\nParmi toutes les PME ayant l\u2019intention d\u2019engager, il s\u2019agit pour 72 % d\u2019entre elles d\u2019une expansion de l\u2019effectif du personnel. Au total, seules 6,4 % des PME sond\u00e9es envisagent de licencier des travailleurs au prochain trimestre, contre une PME sur dix (10,4 %) le trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. 41,8 % d\u2019entre elles affirment en outre qu\u2019elles remplaceront le travailleur licenci\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des PME plut\u00f4t optimistes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une PME sur trois (32,9 %) s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une hausse du volume de travail dans les trois prochains mois. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, une PME belge sur dix (9,7 %) pr\u00e9voit une r\u00e9duction de la quantit\u00e9 de travail dans un avenir proche. Les pessimistes restent donc minoritaires, et cela s\u2019observe entre autres aussi dans les chiffres relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019emploi total pour fin 2018 : seules 6,6 % s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019effectif total du personnel vers fin 2018.
