Tel est ce qui ressort d\u2019une enqu\u00eate ind\u00e9pendante r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 200 responsables RH belges \u00e0 la demande de l\u2019acteur du recrutement Robert Half.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>En bref, le statut unique allonge le processus de recrutement et favorise l\u2019adoption de solutions plus flexibles en mati\u00e8re de personnel<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46 %) des responsables RH belges constatent un allongement du processus de recrutement depuis l\u2019introduction du statut unique.<br \/>\nLa direction du prestataire commente : <em>\u00ab Depuis la suppression de la p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai et l\u2019introduction de nouvelles r\u00e8gles en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9avis, les entreprises consacrent de plus en plus de temps au processus de recrutement car elles veulent \u00eatre s\u00fbres de leur choix. Mais en faisant ainsi tra\u00eener ce processus en longueur, elles courent le risque de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019excellents candidats, ceux-ci ayant souvent le choix parmi plusieurs offres d\u2019emploi. \u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nPlus d\u2019un quart (28 %) des responsables RH engagent davantage de professionnels int\u00e9rimaires depuis l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur du statut unique. Le recours aux \u00e9tudiants pour des missions temporaires est \u00e9galement populaire aupr\u00e8s de 22 % d\u2019entre eux. L\u2019int\u00e9rim constitue dans bien des cas une \u00e9tape interm\u00e9diaire vers un contrat permanent. 13 % des r\u00e9pondants indiquent en effet engager des professionnels temporaires dans l\u2019intention de leur offrir un contrat fixe s\u2019ils r\u00e9pondent aux attentes.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab Depuis l\u2019introduction du statut unique, les entreprises font de plus en plus appel \u00e0 des travailleurs temporaires en raison de la flexibilit\u00e9 de cette formule. Si le collaborateur satisfait \u00e0 leurs attentes, la mission temporaire d\u00e9bouche souvent sur un engagement fixe. L\u2019employeur peut ainsi non seulement tester les aptitudes professionnelles de sa nouvelle recrue, mais aussi s\u2019assurer de sa compatibilit\u00e9 avec la culture d\u2019entreprise avant de lui proposer un CDI \u00bb<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p>Certaines entreprises ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de geler les recrutements \u00e0 cause du statut unique : 18 % des recruteurs pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent r\u00e9partir la charge de travail (additionnelle) entre les effectifs existants plut\u00f4t que d\u2019engager des renforts. Seuls 13 % des responsables RH ne sont pas influenc\u00e9s dans leur politique de recrutement par le statut unique. <\/p>\n<h2>Suivi des performances plus rigoureux et r\u00e9vision de la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n<p>Le statut unique n\u2019influence pas seulement la politique de recrutement. 45 % des responsables RH surveillent aussi de plus pr\u00e8s les activit\u00e9s de leurs collaborateurs. Le suivi et la gestion des performances font donc l\u2019objet d\u2019une attention plus soutenue de la part des entreprises. La politique de \u00ab comp &#038; ben \u00bb (\u00ab compensation &#038; benefits \u00bb, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et avantages) figure elle aussi au rang des priorit\u00e9s de nombreux responsables RH : 36 % d\u2019entre eux estiment n\u00e9cessaire de rationaliser la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de l\u2019entreprise et 15 % soulignent l\u2019accroissement de t\u00e2ches administratives caus\u00e9 par le changement de l\u00e9gislation. <\/p>\n<h2>La nouvelle l\u00e9gislation n\u2019est pas encore respect\u00e9e par tous<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si la majorit\u00e9 (66 %) des entreprises confirment avoir pris les mesures n\u00e9cessaires dans le cadre du statut unique, 16 % des responsables RH reconnaissent que leur entreprise n\u2019a pas encore proc\u00e9d\u00e9 aux adaptations requises. 18 %, soit environ un responsable RH sur cinq, ne sont m\u00eame pas certains que leur entreprise soit conforme \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab Face au surcro\u00eet de travail engendr\u00e9 par l\u2019adoption du statut unique, beaucoup d\u2019entreprises ont fait appel \u00e0 des int\u00e9rim managers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en ressources humaines et \u00e0 des experts externes pour g\u00e9rer ces changements au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Vu qu\u2019un grand nombre d\u2019entreprises n\u2019ont pas encore proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les changements n\u00e9cessaires et souhaitent se faire une id\u00e9e plus pr\u00e9cise des r\u00e9percussions de la nouvelle l\u00e9gislation sur la marche quotidienne de leurs affaires, la demande en sp\u00e9cialistes devrait se maintenir dans les mois \u00e0 venir. \u00bb <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cette enqu\u00eate est une initiative de Robert Half et a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e entre d\u00e9cembre 2014 et janvier 2015, sous anonymat, par Market Probe, bureau ind\u00e9pendant d\u2019\u00e9tudes, aupr\u00e8s de 200 directeurs RH dans toute la Belgique.
