Cela devrait permettre de rechercher avec rapidit\u00e9 et efficacit\u00e9 des candidats pour des postes qui doivent \u00eatre pourvus en urgence.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode du &lsquo;working interview&rsquo; fait l\u2019impasse sur la proc\u00e9dure de s\u00e9lection traditionnelle et va imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel : le poste convient-il au candidat ou non ? Ce principe relativement nouveau est surtout appliqu\u00e9 dans la division Response, du groupe de recrutement, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le placement rapide et efficace de personnel qualifi\u00e9. <em>\u00ab Le candidat passe chez nous pour un entretien pr\u00e9liminaire. Si cet entretien se passe bien, le candidat se rend avec notre consultant chez le client pour une working interview. C\u2019est une sorte d\u2019entretien de travail, pendant lequel le candidat montre \u00e0 l\u2019employeur ce dont il est capable. Le candidat ex\u00e9cute les t\u00e2ches qui sont d\u00e9finies dans la description de fonction \u00bb,<\/em> explique Jovanic Scheiris, Regional Manager chez Hays Response.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Cette obsession consistant \u00e0 gagner du temps&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au lieu de l\u2019entretien classique en face \u00e0 face, le candidat ex\u00e9cute pendant trois heures la fonction d\u00e9crite dans l\u2019offre d\u2019emploi. Ensuite, le consultant se rend dans l\u2019entreprise pour un entretien d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation en pr\u00e9sence du client et du candidat. Les deux parties ont-elles un avis positif ? Dans ce cas, le candidat peut imm\u00e9diatement commencer. Cette m\u00e9thode permet de perdre peu de temps pour les fonctions qui doivent \u00eatre pourvues tr\u00e8s rapidement. <em>\u00ab Des clients et des candidats nous demandent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de travailler avec des working interviews. Cette pratique convient tout particuli\u00e8rement aux fonctions de support et administratives telles que credit collectors, employ\u00e9s de guichet dans la logistique et r\u00e9ceptionnistes.
