Vraiment ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Retour sur une conversation de cette semaine pr\u00e9-rentr\u00e9e&#8230; Nous nous \u00e9tonnons de ce constat qui sonne comme une \u00e9vidence: nos organisations pr\u00f4nent aujourd&rsquo;hui la priorit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 la bienveillance lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de g\u00e9rer, d&rsquo;accompagner, de d\u00e9velopper des \u00e9quipes et des collaborateurs. Mais enfin&#8230; Un manager est bienveillant par d\u00e9finition. Comment pourrait-il en \u00eatre autrement? \u00a0La bienveillance n&rsquo;est-elle pas un pr\u00e9-requis lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de confier une responsabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;encadrement \u00e0 l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre nous?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il nous semblerait logique en effet que nos responsables hi\u00e9rarchiques se voient attribuer leurs fonctions manag\u00e9riales justement parce qu&rsquo;ils sont bienveillants!\u00a0Il est loin le temps o\u00f9 certains pouvaient r\u00e9gner par la terreur, inspirant la crainte et le respect acquis via une r\u00e9putation certaine de &lsquo;tueur&rsquo; \u00e0 qui rien ou presque ne r\u00e9siste dans l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9 manager en 2018, il faut justement avoir d\u00e9montr\u00e9 une r\u00e9elle bienveillance et non promettre d&rsquo;en apprendre les fondamentaux puisqu&rsquo;il semblerait que, d\u00e9sormais, nos braves collaborateurs souhaitent \u00eatre approch\u00e9s de la sorte&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Soit. Passons de l&rsquo;ironie \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension. Etre bienveillant dans son management, cela veut dire quoi aujourd&rsquo;hui? Privil\u00e9gions la simplicit\u00e9 comme toujours : la bienveillance commence par le simple fait d&rsquo;aimer les gens ou, a minima, d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier de se pr\u00e9occuper de leur bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, cela implique d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans son fonctionnement personnel la diversit\u00e9. Autrement dit, d&rsquo;accepter les diff\u00e9rences affich\u00e9es par nos collaborateurs et de veiller \u00e0 ce que celles-ci ne soient en aucun cas \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine d&rsquo;une forme quelconque d&rsquo;in\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit enfin d&rsquo;\u00eatre disponible&#8230; La belle affaire! Les interrogations et autres sources d&rsquo;inconfort de nos coll\u00e8gues ne souffrent pas d&rsquo;attendre, m\u00eame si elles peuvent parfois sembler l\u00e9g\u00e8res, idiotes ou hors cadre.<\/p>\n<p>Rien de compliqu\u00e9 dans tout ceci, n&rsquo;est-ce pas?
