C\u2019est ce qu\u2019il ressort de l\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u2019Indeed men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1627 personnes dans le Benelux et portant sur l\u2019influence de l\u2019intelligence artificielle sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Mais quel que soit l\u2019apport de l\u2019intelligence artificielle des robots et des machines, le facteur humain reste incontournable dans le processus de recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Selon quatre-vingts pour cent des sond\u00e9s, un recruteur ne peut porter de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s au cours du processus de recrutement. Un m\u00eame pourcentage consid\u00e8re que les employeurs jugent trop vite ou mal les candidats parce qu\u2019ils sont susceptibles de c\u00e9der, tout comme n\u2019importe qui d\u2019autre, \u00e0 des a priori. Selon\u00a0Sander Poos, Managing Director d\u2019Indeed Benelux: \u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019application d\u2019algorithmes permet d\u2019atteindre la meilleure ad\u00e9quation possible entre le demandeur d\u2019emploi et l\u2019offre d\u2019emploi, et ainsi de d\u00e9passer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s. Imaginez par exemple une nouvelle technologie con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9valuations automatis\u00e9es qui donneraient une id\u00e9e aux professionnels des RH et aux recruteurs de la capacit\u00e9 des candidats \u00e0 effectuer des t\u00e2ches sp\u00e9cifiques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Plus de 44 pour cent des sond\u00e9s pensent que l\u2019application de l\u2019intelligence artificielle permet de r\u00e9duire le poids des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s dans le processus de recrutement. Pourtant, seuls 28 pour cent indiquent que le processus de recrutement serait plus juste pour les candidats sans intervention humaine. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Cela souligne l\u2019importance du facteur humain quand il s\u2019agit de trouver la meilleure ad\u00e9quation entre les demandeurs d\u2019emploi et l\u2019offre. L\u2019intelligence artificielle doit \u00eatre un outil compl\u00e9mentaire destin\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver la meilleure correspondance. M\u00eame si la technologie continue \u00e0 \u00e9voluer, elle ne remplacera jamais le travail des recruteurs en chair et en os. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elle laissera beaucoup plus de place \u00e0 l\u2019aspect humain.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019IA appel\u00e9e en renfort dans la recherche d\u2019emploi.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9tonnant de constater que pour plus de soixante pour cent des sond\u00e9s, c\u2019est cette aide \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019emploi qu\u2019ils attendent avant tout de l\u2019intelligence artificielle. Les conseils en mati\u00e8re d\u2019orientation professionnelle obtiennent \u00e9galement un score \u00e9lev\u00e9 et sont cit\u00e9s par plus de cinquante pour cent des sond\u00e9s. Plus de 31 pour cent des sond\u00e9s souhaitent \u00e9galement voir l\u2019utilisation de syst\u00e8mes automatis\u00e9s et d\u2019ordinateurs autodidactes augmenter dans les processus de recrutement et de candidature, car ils acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent et facilitent la recherche d\u2019emploi. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers des sond\u00e9s sont ouverts aux conseils d\u2019un syst\u00e8me automatis\u00e9 ou d\u2019un robot si celui-ci peut les aider \u00e0 trouver un travail.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 propos de l\u2019enqu\u00eate &#8211; Panelwizard a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative en ligne sur les effets de l\u2019intelligence artificielle sur l\u2019emploi.
