Alors que 38 % des responsables RH europ\u00e9ens s\u2019attendant \u00e0 des augmentations de salaires en 2015, la Belgique se situe nettement en dessous de la moyenne europ\u00e9enne avec un pourcentage de 24% seulement.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e dans sept pays et relative aux tendances salariales internationales en 2015 nous indique que la Belgique, via ses responsables RH, reste particuli\u00e8rement prudente quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation des salaires li\u00e9e \u00e0 la reprise de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n<p>Encourag\u00e9s par la prudente reprise de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, les responsables RH sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 annoncer une hausse des salaires et des primes en 2015. Les 200 responsables belges qui ont pris part \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9disent une \u00e9volution positive des salaires mais sont plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9s que leurs homologues europ\u00e9ens. Avec un taux de 24 % de r\u00e9pondants optimistes, la Belgique ne se classe pas seulement loin en dessous de la moyenne europ\u00e9enne, elle se trouve carr\u00e9ment en derni\u00e8re position.<\/p>\n<p>Sachant que 66 % des responsables RH belges ont confiance dans les perspectives de croissance de la Belgique et 71 % dans l\u2019avenir de leur propre entreprise, on est en droit d\u2019attendre une \u00e9volution l\u00e9g\u00e8rement positive des salaires en Belgique en 2015. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un responsable RH belge sur quatre (24 %) pense que les salaires des employ\u00e9s vont augmenter cette ann\u00e9e, un pourcentage en nette progression par rapport \u00e0 2014 (+8 %) et 2013 (+10 %). La grande majorit\u00e9 (76 %) des responsables RH belges comptent en revanche mener une politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration stable en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est surtout en Flandre que les pr\u00e9dictions de salaires en hausse sont les plus fortes : 33 % des responsables RH flamands estiment que les salaires vont augmenter. Leurs coll\u00e8gues bruxellois (21 %) et wallons (18 %) sont nettement plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Les primes vont aussi augmenter<\/h2>\n<p>Selon l\u2019\u00e9tude, 86 % des entreprises belges octroient des bonus\/primes \u00e0 leur personnel, soit 16 % de plus qu\u2019en 2013. Le regain de confiance dans les perspectives de croissance de l\u2019entreprise pousserait m\u00eame 14 % des responsables RH \u00e0 accorder des primes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en 2015, soit 10 % de plus qu\u2019en 2013.<\/p>\n<h2>La Belgique derni\u00e8re de classe en Europe<\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cette \u00e9volution positive, la Belgique termine derni\u00e8re au classement europ\u00e9en des pr\u00e9visions salariales pour 2015. En moyenne, 38 % des 1 200 responsables RH interrog\u00e9s en Allemagne, en France, au Royaume-Uni, aux Pays-Bas, en Autriche, en Suisse et en Belgique pensent que le salaire des employ\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 en poste va augmenter dans leur pays. Les plus optimistes proviennent du Royaume-Uni et d\u2019Allemagne, avec des taux respectifs de 49 % et 48 %. La Belgique ferme la marche avec 24 %.<br \/>\nLa Belgique est \u00e9galement lanterne rouge en ce qui concerne les bonus\/primes. Elle se situe 5 % sous la moyenne europ\u00e9enne de 19 % de responsables pr\u00e9voyant d\u2019octroyer des primes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate sur le lieu de travail est une \u00e9tude ind\u00e9pendante internationale r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour le compte de Robert Half entre d\u00e9cembre 2014 et janvier 2015 aupr\u00e8s de 1 675 hauts responsables RH en Allemagne, en Australie, en Autriche, au Br\u00e9sil, au Chili, \u00e0 Duba\u00ef, en France, en Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, aux Pays-Bas, au Royaume-Uni, en Suisse et en Belgique.
